Babysitting (G)

Grayson was asked to take care of his neighbours' daughter and since he had nothing else to do, he accepted and called me for help. 

Her mom: Grayson thank you so much for taking care of her, if you need something our numbers are on the fridge, just give us a call

Grayson: It's alright, she's in good hands with us

Her mom: Thank you again, we'll be back at around  1:00 AM

Me: We'll be waiting, have fun!

They left and we made our way to the sofa where Kayla was watching TV.

Me: Hello there

Kayla:Hey

Grayson: We'll be taking care of you tonight while your parents aren't home, is that okay if we join you?

Kayla: I know, they told me, yes of course you can join me but you need to say the password

Me: And what is that password about?

Kayla: I need to know your names duuuh?!

Me: Oh of course ! I'm Y/f/n  Y/l/n

Grayson: And I'm Grayson Dolan, your neighbour

Kayla: Alright you can sit here now

Me: Oh I'm the girl with Pink hair!

Kayla: NOO, YOU CAN'T!! That's meeee! You're the one with blue hair!

Me: Ooooh I wanted the pink hair, but I guess blue is pretty too

I noticed Grayson was looking at me and smiling so I smiled back.

Kayla: You want to play with me?

Me: And what are we playing?

Kayla: Let's pretend you're my mom and he is the dad, and then you find out I have super powers!

Grayson: And do I have super powers too?

Kayla: No, you're too ugly to have super powers!

Me: See Grayson? You don't understand, you're too ugly to have super powers

Kayla: So are you!

Grayson: Guess I'm not the only one now

Me: Alright let's play?

Kayla: YESSS!!

We played for like half an hour and then she asked me if we could attack Grayson with tickles and obviously I said yes. We jumped on him and started tickling him

Kayla: We are 2 against 1 what can you do now? 

Grayson: It's easy, I pick one up *he picked her up* and I run after the other *and he started running after me*

We ended up falling all on top of him and laughing. 

She was playing alone with dolls on the floor, I sat next to Grayson on the sofa and leaned against him resting my head on his chest. I was tired of running around with a little girl, and so was he.

I was about to fall asleep when she asked

Kayla: Are you his girlfriend

We just laughed and then Grayson answered with a serious look on his face

Grayson: No, we're just friends

Kayla: You look cute together

Me: Thanks haha

It was 11:00PM so she had to go to sleep, we made sure she ate and brushed her teeth and then we went to the living room to watch TV. I felt like someone was watching me and I looked at Gray, he was staring and smiling and I just admired his features

Grayson: I didn't answer Kayla like I wanted to

Me: What do you mean?

Grayson: I didn't want to say that you and I are just friends, I wanted to proudly say you are my girlfriend, sadly it wouldn't be true, but I want to change that, Y/N, do you want to go on date with me tomorrow?

Me: Do we really need to?

Grayson: Oh...if you don't want to...that's okay I understand

Me: Oh no no no! That's not what I meant, I mean, we know each other for so long, do we really need to go on a date? Just ask me if you want...

Grayson: You're right....Y/N do you want to be my girlfriend?

Me: You need to say the password!

Grayson: And what's the password about?

He was getting closer and closer I could feel his breath close to me and I could see his eyes getting closer to mine just like his lips.

Me: I need to know if you'll treat me right

Grayson: Of course I will, duuh?

As Grayson said that he pressed his lips gently against mine and put his hand around my neck, holding me close.

Kayla: I KNEW IT! 

We broke the kiss and realized she was there with a teddy bear watching us and smiling

Grayson: Oh Kayla, let's go to sleep sweetie, you're parents will kill us if they see that you're not sleeping right now

He picked her up and carried her to bed.

"He's amazing with kids, I'm lucky" I thought
