Friday, October 10th

"Okay, Samantha. We are having a picnic today." Gabe led them down the path, hand in hand.

"Also, before you ask, no, it's not just candy." He rolled his eyes, letting go of Sam's hand and started skipping ahead of him until they reached an open field.

Gabe laid down the blanket, setting the basket on top and dragged Sam to the ground.

"Today we have only the finest of meals. Whole grain bread with a blueberry jelly and peanut butter inside, apple juice juiced by very professional juicers and a banana split pie made by Satan," Gabe presented in an Italian accent as Sam laughed along, mostly at how childish his boyfriend was.

They ate while Gabe told jokes and stories of his very weird family.

"I'm serious, Luci pushed Cas, all the way down the staircase! It may sound bad now but at the time, it was the funniest damn thing ever seen." Gabe took a bite of his sandwich, "When Cassie was at the bottom, he kept repeating these facts and he didn't even stop till like a week after he got out of the hospital, given he was only there for a few days. My personal favorites included 'The first condoms found date back to the 1640s' and 'Female kangaroos have 3 vaginas.' You know, I never looked into it, but I believe it." Sam was actually wheezing from laughing so hard. Gabe noticed the cute dimples he has when he smiles, one of the reasons he loved making him laugh.

After another couple hours, it was getting dark and Gabe stood up to take his boyfriend home. As he did, Sam gripped his wrist and looked up at him with pleading eyes.

"You want to watch the stars, don't you?" Gabe chucked as Sam smiled at him then lied down. Gabe followed suit.

They linked hands and watched the stars, just as Sam had asked, because Gabe did boring things for Sam. Actually, Gabe was watching Sam but that's besides the point.

'Beautiful, isn't it?' Sam signed, pulling his hand away. He didn't look away from the stars though.

"Yeah, it really is." Gabe hadn't tore his gaze away from Sam, who's faced lit up in the skylight.

"You're looking at me," Sam whispered, matter-of-factly.

"Whatever." He finally looked back at the stars and Sam giggled.

"Gabe, that was disgustingly cliché." Sam leaned in and kissed him. Their kissed never changed much from the first time, but it wasn't a bad thing. They were small and loving, yet passionate and powerful. Sort of perfect. Sam slipped his tongue into Gabe's mouth as he moaned, making Sam determined to hear it again.

They didn't go too far, not even to be considered making out. It transferred from tongue action to light kisses. For anyone outside looking in, you could easily right that what they shared was true love, no doubt.

"You guys make me sick," Lucifer groaned, shaking his head as he walked away from behind one of the trees.

"Come on, Mikey. Let's go." And they started walking the opposite way from where Sam and Gabe sat, confused and annoyed.

"WHAT THE FUCK, LUC? WAY TO RUIN THE HEAT OF THE MOMENT!" Gabe shouted into the dark, where they had heard Lucifer.

Sam chucked at Gabe and pulled him back in by the collar to continue the feeling he had missed on his lips.
