ADAM'S POV
For the past two days, Willow has been moving, but its not a good thing.
Two days ago, I saw Willow move and brought the doctors in. They came rushing in the room with all the machines and hooked Willow up. They kicked me out so I have no clue what happened. The doctors are conning back with the results later today.
LATER THAT DAY...
Jessica and my mom are in the room with me waiting for the doctor to return. He comes in with a look on his face I can't seem to make out.
"What is it?" Jessica asks worried.
" whenever patients move when they're in a coma, it's a good sign. It means they're waking up" the doctor says. I sigh a sigh of relief.
"Unfortunately that's not the case for Willow" My heart tenses up "Willow surfers from Indous. Indous is a disease that affects women who enters a coma under the age of 21. When Willow was moving the other day, she was fighting her body. Willow was deciding if she should wake up or not. Right now, she's deciding not."the doctor concludes.
Why would Willow not want to wake up? Everyone and everything she loves is in this world. I need her to wake up.
Jessica starts to cry and my mom walks her out of the room.
I can see why she's crying. Jessica already lost a daughter, April, and loosing Willow will be the end of her.
Why cant all of this just end? Why cant Willow just wake up and remember me and everyone else? Why did we decide to take a stupid vacation in the first place? Why cant all this just be over?????
I know why. Willow wants this to end. But not in the way your thinking. Willow wants her life to end. That's why she is moving. She is fighting herself to stay or to leave. If she wants to leave, I might as well just leave with her. There is not a world I would want to live in without her. She is my world. So, if she doesn't wake up. Guess I'll go to sleep with her.
"Do you here that Willow?" I say as I walk over to her moving, fighting, pale body. "If you decide to leave, I'll leave with you."
She stops moving.
"Willow? Can you here me?" I say softly.
She moves her head around, she shakes her whole body. "Willow?!"
"I need a doctor in here!" I scream at the door. Doctors come rushing in as I hold Willow"s shaking hand.
"Its going to be ok. Your going to be ok WIlow. I promise" I speak into her ear.
She opens her eyes.
