The definition of perfect was that when you had all the things you most wanted in the world. Carolyn used to have it all, but one by one the perfection of her life slowly disappeared. Starting with the departure of her mother when she was five years old, her father's death, losing her job in the United States Army until the betrayal of her grandfather.
