I try to kick and scream, but the person is just too strong for me. I start to cry, but still I fight. My body starts to feel weak and tired; there is a lot of black closing in around me. When I awoke I was in a dark cold room. My eyes started too welled up in tears and then I just started to let them pour down.
I didn't even notice that I was in the arms of another girl. There was another girl trying to comfort me too. When I finally came back down to earth, I saw the two girls and strangely enough I didn't mind the one girl holding me. The one girl asked me my name. I managed to tell them, through the tears that my name is "Stacey".
Then they told me that their names were Amanda and Kendall. The girl holding me said her named is Amanda and the girl beside us said her name is Kendall. They asked me my age and I told them that I am 7. After that I asked them what their ages are. Kendall told me that they are not sure anymore but around the ages of 16 to 18. I asked them what day it is and they told me that they can't even tell me the year. So I replied telling them that the year is 2005 and it is the second week of May. So Amanda then said that makes me 17 and Kendall is 16.
I learnt that they had been here since they were both 11. They were playing at a playground when they were abducted. They told me to engrave my name and the year into the wall with the other names, so people will know that we were here at one point of our journey. Kendall read me all the names on the wall. The oldest name that we can read was to a Karleigh in 1988. Then the door opened and a bucket was set down, then as quickly as the door opened it closed. Kendall got up and grabbed the bucket, then she poured water in to each cup and we all drank it.
They began to teach me some ways of how to survive in this place. I asked will we ever see the people who abducted us. Amanda went quite, but Kendall replied by saying you may or may not meet them. Amanda then told me not to worry. I knew at that moment that Amanda had met those people. A while later, the door opened and some man called Amanda's name. Her face went from calm and motherly to sheer terror. She laid me in Kendall's lap and said "don't worry", and then a second later the door slammed shut. I wondered if I would ever see Amanda again. I knew at that very moment my childhood... no my life had been taken from me.
