I sat down lost in my thoughts,i hated it when my father always thinks his decision is always right,i played with some sticks,i heard a sound,likes someone was here hidding,i quickly pulled out my swordand I was already for self defence,i moved closer into the woods,i moved more closer,it was a lady sitting on the bench throwing stones into the lake,she seemed lost in her thoughts,i couldn't see her face,she backed not noticing I was there "what wil she be doing here,is she a stranger here or what?"I said to myself I moved closer to her "I should leave here,who knows she might be spying on the kingdom,dad has lots of enemies"I said to myself leaving,i took my horse and rode to the palace,on my way I met Lukas and some guards"brother I have been searching for you,where have you been?"
"I'm not a child,nor am I Nina,let's go back to the palace"
"Lets go mom is worried sick about you".
"Oh no mom"
Few minutes later we arrived at the palace "where have you been?"dad yelled from the terrace
I looked up staring at him "I went horse riding"
"You do not know how to tell a lie,go have a shower,a soon to be King shouldn't be roaming about at this time,"
"Okay father"
Mom rushes down "where were you?I was so worried"
"Easy eady,mom I'm alive"
"I know you are alive,come am sure you haven't eaten."
LISA POV
"You were too harsh on her"Eric yelled at me "only the Lord knows where she is "
"I have tried all these years to cope with that witch"
"Dont say foul words against your daughter"
"Daughter?oh please stop it"
"Dad,mom am home,the both of you should not be so worried"
"Oh Lord thank you,come here child"Eric hugs Catherine
"Mom won't you also hug me?"
I looked at Eric,Eric was angry staring at me furiously "Why won't I hug you,come here"I faked a smile and hugged her
"Its late you should go to your room"
"Okay father"Catherine pecked Eric on the cheek and leaves
"Lisa!did you see,your our daughter is so kindhearted,she forgot what happened earlier and see how happy she is"
"And so?go on praise her,i don't care"
"I will arrange some money and send her to an adult school even if I have to sell my properties,i don't care."
"Go on!do as you please,if I hadn't found her beside that lake I wouldn't have been facing these insults"
"Enough and lower your voice,I'm not insulting you"
"Lake,who found who in a lake?"Catherine comes out of her room asking in a confused tune,it seems she didn't hear the whole conversation
"I will tell you"I said moving closer to her "you want yo know right?"
"Lisa we shouldn't keep her in suspense anymore"Eric said seeming to change the topic
"What?"I turned towards him,he was giving me an eye signal to keep shut
"Listen dear we have decided to take you to an adult school as soon as possible"
"Wow,really dad mom thank you"
I nodded my head staring at Eric "Yes yes,hope you are now happy ?"
"Yes mom I'm so so so happy but I heard you say lake"
"Yes lake,actually I found a female goose at the lake this afternoon, it belonged to our next door neighbour,"
"But...Mom y.you do not ho to the lake "she asked me

"Yes,she does not but I forced her to go,its a form of exercise"Eric assisted me
"Okay good night"she says leaving
"Please I beg of you,dont mention these again,Catherine is wiser than we think she is,i beg you"
"Fine,i have heard you,its late already we should go to bed now"
"Lets go"
