***Senior year- third week
With a smirk, I entered my English class, glared at a few students and sat down behind this grumpy girl. There was this girl, I think her name was Alana? Amelia? No that's not it...A...Aspen! That's her name.
She's really quiet, seems interesting. And grumpy, I probably said that already though. She doesn't talk to anyone around here. An idea popped into my head, I got out of my seat and walked over to her, jamming my hands in the pockets of my hoodie that I was wearing.
She glanced up at me, squinting slightly, then glared and went back to her work. I accept your challenge Miss.
Well, alrighty then. What a bitch. She's gonna be a tough cookie. Smirking, I introduced myself to her. Ignored. I flicked her head. Ignored. I poked her and repeatedly said her name (which earned me a few shocked stares and deathly glares). Ignored.
Okay then, this is going to be tough.
I was about to speak, when the stupid fucking bell went. Thanks a bunch. Smh.
Grumpy guts cleared her throat and gestured to me moving my seat so she could leave. I stood up and grabbed my shit, not needing to look at her to know that she was rolling her eyes at me.
On my way to my next class, I was tripped up. What the actual fuck?! With a low growl, I stood up, glaring at everyone.
Slowly, a freshman kid walked up to me, shame clear on his face. Good. The little brat should know to not mess with me. I raised my fist and was about to throw a punch at the kid when a yell stopped me. Grumpy Guts.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Aspen yelled, stalking up to me, she was furious, "Why do you think it's okay to go around hitting people? It's not right! Leave the kid alone". She crossed her arms defiantly. The kid glared at her, "I don't need your help" He sneered at her. "Listen kid. I just saved your butt from getting whooped, so the least you could do is not glare at me" Aspen scowled. What the fuck? Meh.
Apsen returned her gaze to me, glaring at me and giving me a look that said "Let the kid go or else" I rolled my eyes but listened to her, "Scram" I muttered to the kid, who ran away as fast as The Flash on steroids.
Rolling my eyes, I left the scene, going to my next class. I sat down in a random seat and was surprised to see little miss grumpy guts walk in. Our teacher began telling us all about what subject we were in. Boring.
I walked over to Aspen and started bugging her again, but she just ignored me.
Fine. Time for drastic measures.
I pulled my water bottle out of my back and went onto YouTube, putting on I want it that way by the Backstreet Boys. And proceeded to act out the gas station scene from Magic Mike XXL.
As I poured water over my body, I could see her lips tugging upwards, she was wanting to smile. I continued with the scene and by the time I finished, she was nearly literally rolling on the floor laughing. I smirked.
Mission Accomplished.

A/N- Okay, so as the book progresses, I will be doing more of these little "One shot bits" with Lissana, Kelsie, Hunter and Blaine. I'll also include newcoming characters.
I hope you liked this little insight of what happened that day, according to Kayden. Also, I suck at boys POV's so don't judge it if it seems girly. I'm best at writing in girls POV's.
But yeh...
Lots of love, sweet and sour skittles
