11. Get a Detention

I frowned. It was really horrible. I mean. I just couldn't do it. I took a deep breath and using all the courage I had and...jumped out of my bed onto the cold wood floor. I squeaked in distress as I hopped from one foot to the other. I hate cold mornings.

I raced into the shower desperate to warm up. I sighed in content, letting the warm water run over my freezing body. I had to get out eventually though, much to my dismay. I get dried and dressed in record time, blow drying my thin, purple hair.

I slipped on my glasses and a beanie. I also put on my ugg boots and hoodie. It's the warmest hoodie ever. And it's so fluffy on the inside. It's like a wearable teddy bear.

Wrapping my arms around myself I walked out of my room and stomped down the stairs. I was not using that elevator for a long time. At the bottom of the stairs I tripped over nothing and fell into Hunter, who had just put his foot on the first step, and landed on top of him on the floor. Ow.

"Ohmigod, I am so sorry! I'm really clumsy, shit uh, you have no idea how many times I've done this to Kayden and Blaine. It was so embar-" I was cut off by Hunter clearing his throat. I realised the position we were in and my cheeks turned pink. Why does this always happen to me?!

I quickly scrambled off of him, holding my hand out to help him up. He pulled himself up too fast though, so when he was off the ground he fell into me, making slip and fall, which in turn caused him to quickly snake his arm around my waist, catching me.

Lets just say my pinks turned even cheeker. I mean, um, my cheeks turned even pinker. "Did you swear before?" He whispered, his green eyes looking into my own. I nodded, lost for words. I never noticed how beautiful they were, they were like a deep forest green with the sun shining brightly above.

"It was pretty cute kitten" Hunter winked at me and pulled me up, snapping me out of my daze. I blushed a crimson colour. "Why do you guys always call me cute?" I asked, "I'm not a baby or an animal. Or a baby animal".

Hunter shrugged, "I'm not sure kitten. You're just cute. Especially with those little freckles and dimples of yours" He smirked.

I laughed nervously. "Shut up" I walked into the kitchen to see Kayden and Blaine sitting and laughing with Lissana. She grinned once she saw me. She beckoned me to come closer, "What happened with Hunter?" She whispered in my ear. I looked at her confused, she gestured to her cheeks and then mine. Oh. "Nothing happened, just regular, clumsy me." I whispered back. "Ok. But tell me if you like him, cause I will back down for you" Lissana smiled at me, but I could tell it was forced.

"Lissa. I don't like Hunter. And if I ever end up doing, which I highly doubt, I would back down for you. I would be an idiot to not to. Because even though you've not known him long, I can see you like him a lot. I won't be that female dog friend who dates her besties crush" I reassured her.

She nodded, her smile becoming genuine. "Welp. We ready to go? We'll drop you girls at school, ok?" Kayden told us. I smiled at him and Blaine. "Ok...who's going in whose?" I asked. Kayden shrugged, "I'm not sure. Hunters car only allows two pe-" I cut Kayden off, "Lissana can go with Hunter!".

She gave a look but I ignored it. I've never had a proper girl-friend to play cupid for so now that I've got the chance, I'm taking it. Hehe.

"Alrighty. Don't forget you have day 11 today. I think it's get a drivers liscence. Oh wait you have one. It's something that starts with the letter D" Blaine grinned, his blue eyes twinkling with amusement. I rolled my eyes at him.

"It's get a detention Blaineyboo. Jeez." I shook my at him and shot him a playful glare. (A/N- Also just because I'm a weird skittle, I tried doing that for ten minutes in front of my mirror. Oops).
