This chapter title is sort of like a ship name for Azlan and Aamirah because this is the first chapter that involves both of their point of views. I am not going to do this regularly but since Azlan has been a bit of a shallow character up till now, I thought it would be nice for you lovely readers to get a little insight on his thoughts/feelings.
I just chose the picture because it's really pretty. Remember: Women are Appreciated in Islam.
Enjoy!🌟

"Aamirah! You're so blonde!" Raeesa had a go at me as soon as we left Mr. Avery's classroom.
"What is it? What have I done?"
Talk about a confusing best friend.
"The 'unknown' person who messaged you is someone that has seen you or is around you regularly enough to have somehow gotten your phone number!"
"Oh yeah? And how do you know this, smarty pants?"
Raeesa read the message that caught her attention, "Btw, you look beautiful today. What does that tell you, huh huh huh?" Raeesa poked me in my ribs. I flinched and tried to tickle her but was soon stopped in my pursuit.
"Trouble in paradise, ladies?" It was Daniel. Daniel Gold. This tall, blonde boy, apparently had a thing for Muslim girls, which Raeesa and I found hilarious. Daniel said that he found our hijabs challenging and mysterious.
Believe me, the first time I heard that, I died too.
I died of laughing too hard. I still have a six pack since that day.
"No, Daniel. We're just fine. We're going to nail you for not helping with the life sciences project," I threatened him.
"Oh... Sorry. I'll work on my bit tonight, I promise," He winked at me, "When's the due date?"
"Wednesday."
"Oh... Damn, guess I gotta get to work round about now. Say," Daniel's blue eyes took my breath away, their beauty overwhelming, yet reassuring, "Care for a date, ladies? Coffee's on me." Daniel winked again, causing Raeesa and I to burst out laughing.
✴ A Z L A N ✴
I knew that I was wasting my time here, at school. I had nothing to do and since I was new, I hadn't even gotten the chance to try out for athletics, so I would be one of the lame guys on the sidelines, watching my mates run.
I was only here for-
"Care for a date, ladies? Coffee's on me..." I turned around to find the guy who was making a smooth move on whom I expected to be a group of slutty chicks.
They were anything, but slutty chicks.
Aamirah Omar, if that's what her name was and her friend, also with a scarf, stood with their backs to the notice board, talking to Daniel Gold.
"No, Daniel. We really wouldn't be allowed to."
LOL.
"C'mon, chicas. You know you want some," Daniel winked for the millionth time during that conversation, at his sick joke, "There will be other girls. In fact, Tasmia and Laila will be there too."
It was Raeesa's turn to chip in, "What are you playing at? Trying to impress your mates by taking every Muslim girl you know on a date?"
"No, no, of course not. We're all going out, a huge group of friends. I mean, it's third term, we're seniors. This is our last few months together, as a grade. Anyway, I'm kinda in a rush to get to the change rooms, athletics today," Another wink, "I'll see you both, 4pm, Milton Square, don't be late," And with that, Daniel took off towards the boys' changing rooms.
Aamirah and her friend wouldn't go to Milton Square, would they? Who cared if they did anyway?
I fought with my mind, trying to get over the annoying voice in my head that was concerned over these two girls who probably didn't give a damn about me. They didn't even realise that I was standing right there, eavesdropping on their conversation. I sighed and continued to make my way down the school's main hall that lead to the sports field where the athletics day would be taking place. I kicked a cooldrink can on my way towards the large double doors. This day was just going to suck.
I sit down on the concrete pavillion and waited for the athletics to begin. Students and teachers were everywhere, confused, annoyed and nervous to be running. Suddenly, the anger hit me. The thought of Aamirah going out with Daniel was blinding me with anger. He seemed like a nice guy but something about him was unsettling. I was going to have to find some dirt on him and I had a feeling that there was going to be plenty.

"The last question, finally," I sighed and grabbed my Samsung tablet from the cushion next to me. Raeesa and I had the habit of working on the floor. The desk in my room was much too small to be tackling a project with this many papers.
"You do the research, I'll find the pictures and do any editing. Oh yeah, typing too."
I listened to my best friend but my mind was honestly somewhere else, "Raeesa... I wonder who that person that messaged me is... Do you think it's Daniel?"
"Maybe. He was being very friendly in the corridor today, don't you think?"
"That's what's confusing me. I did give him my number for the project but I've messaged him, reminding him to complete his part of the project. This couldn't have been him, dude."
"Oh well. Maybe this person will give us a few hints about who he or she is in the future."
"Seriously? She? The person called me hot."
"Yeah, you did look sweaty and flustered..."
Okay...
I swatted my best friend's arm and chuckled, "Maybe I'm worrying about this silly convo too much."
"Yeah, girl. Don't stress. Just relax and be happy. Focus on what's most important."
"I guess... Iwill."
