Lucy's POV (A/N: I realized that this entire time we had been revealing nothing about the other characters, so I started with her.)
I woke up in a grimy old cell. I sprang right up, scrutinizing the room. "What the?" I said. What happened? What was I doing here?
"Did you wake up?" Said a deep, smooth voice. It was more of a statement than a question. "Lucy Heartfilia-sama..."
"Who are you?" I demanded. I didn't like the idea of someone else in cell with me while I was tied up.
"I am the Guild Master of Phantom Lord, ." The ugly man informed.
"Phantom?" I remembered was captured when (y/n)-chan and I were on our way back from the market and we came across the Element 4. I wonder what happened to her...
"I think this filthy cell and shackles are inexcusably rude," He said, inching towards me as I scooted back, "but you are still a prisoner. I plead for your understanding and forgiveness."
"Remove these at once! Prisoner? How dare you do that to Levy-chan's team!" I yelled. I wanted to be free and with everyone at Fairy Tail, not here with this prick jerk.
He ignored me. "If you behave well, we could treat you like an honored guest, I'm sure you don't want to stay in this nasty cell."
"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked in disgust. A centipede crawled onto my leg. "EEEEEEK! Get off, get off!"
"Right? You do not want to remain in this cell, right? If you act right, you will be moved over to the suite." He said, trying to tempt me.
"Why did you attack us?" I asked, hoping to get answers.
"Us? Oh, you mean Fairy Tail. It was in our way, so we trampled it." He said it like it was nothing. "Our true objective was to get a special blonde-haired maiden, who just so happened to be in Fairy Tail, so we just got it along the way."
"A certain someone?" I said, confused.
"Such ignorance is expected from the Heartfilia clan. Of course, I was referring to you." The gears in my brain turned as I remembered my past life. "The daughter of the Heartfilia Konzern, Lucy-sama."
I was shocked. "How did you know?"
"You seem to have hidden your social status from the Guild. I don't know why the daughter of one of the richest family of the country takes on such cheap, dangerous and unnecessary jobs." He said. I hated that. He assumed that I lived a glamorous, spoiled life, as did many. I wasn't that type of person.
That house was hell.
"Is this a kidnapping?" I asked.
"No, no. Nothing of the sort. The one who had requested for Phantom to bring you back...
...was your father."
The words rang in my head. My father? What would he want with me? My father didn't care for me. There was no way he'd go through all this trouble to bring him back. That bastard wouldn't waste his time unless it was for his company, or money. That's why he wanted me: he wanted money. "No way, it's a lie! Why would he care?" I said, voicing my thoughts.
"Well, that's because he was searching for his adorable daughter, who ran away from home, not surprising." He assumed.
"He wouldn't...He's not the type of man who would care about that, about me! I'm never going back, you hear me? Not back to that house!" I yelled. I was angry that my father would bring harm to the guild, only for his selfish needs, and not at least a decent reason. No reason was excusable anyway, not for the damage he's done. It pissed me off even more that people kept assuming things about my life because I was of a certain class. I am who I am!
