Jackson's POV
I don't know how long it's been since Arabella left, it feels like an eternity. I miss her. I really do. I just want to call her and tell her I love her.
Love her?
Do I love Arabella Smith?
"Jackson!" I hear someone call out to me.
I look around and see Justine pushing her way through the crowded hallway. I groan and do my best to push people out of the way, away from her.
"Jackson I need to talk to you!" She calls out, I keep pushing people out of the way. "It's about Arabella!"
That's when I stop.
In books, or movies, where they say everything feels like it slows down, I understand them now. It feels like forever for me to turn around and face Justine.
"What about Arabella?" I call out over all the other obnoxious students.
Justine grabs my wrist and pulls me outside.
"She wants to know if you got her message."
Of course I got her message, I get a message from the girl I'm actually into and you think I would just ignore it? "What message?" I say and lean against the wall.
"Well, she left a message on your phone saying she's now coming back."
Yeah, I know, and I haven't had proper sleep since. "Good for her." I say emotionless.
"Whatever you prick. I would tell you how depressed she's been but you wouldn't care. I hope you can still have children one day." She snarls.
"Oh what, because no woman would be interested in me?" I ask, laughing.
"No - because of this."
And then it feels like I'm being stabbed with a burning hot knife. I fall to the ground clutching my balls in pain. "What the fuck Justine!?" I'm barely able to get out.
"That's for hurting my best friend, Jerk." She says before walking back inside the school. Leaving me hunched over on the ground in pain.
What bitch kicks a guy in the balls??

I wasn't originally going to ever write in Jackson's POV but I felt like this was needed. I wanted the whole book to be like you're in Arabella's head but I wanted you to get a little more insight into Jackson's....feelings..for Arabella.
