I absolutely love this song. I f any of you guys have watched One Tree Hill then you know that it's Naley's iconic song. If you pay close attention to this chapter then you'll notice a Naley parallel. Let's see if you can find it ;) Hope you like this chapter!!

Riley P.O.V.

I was on my way to Topanga's to work on my project with Farkle.

When I got there I saw him standing in the doorway.

But something was wrong.

His mouth was open in shock.

So, I joined him by the doorway curious of what had him so surprised.

I really wish I hadn't after I saw.

It was Lucas and Maya........kissing.

I don't know how to feel.

Hurt?

Shocked?

Angry?

All of these feelings were overcoming me and I felt like I was going to explode!

I made a decision without thinking.

It probably wasn't smart, but I don't care I was upset at the time.

Farkle P.O.V.

I can't believe I saw Lucas and Maya kissing.

Well actually, I wasn't completely surprised.

I kinda saw it coming.

Ever since I saw them messing around in the hallway I have had my suspicions about them.

I feel really bad for Riley though.

She must be heartbroken.

This will be the second time Lucas has cheated on her, with Maya.

You would think he would've learned his lesson the first time.

But after seeing that, clearly he did not.

Maya P.O.V.

No.

No.

That was not supposed to happen.

This!

This thing was supposed to be over between us!

Why did this happen again??!

M-"You shouldn't have done that Lucas."

L-"I know. But I wanted to."

He wanted to?

Why?

Did I want him to?

What about Riley?

Wait.

No.

This isn't about her.

This is about me and how I feel.

I wasn't sure before.

But now I know.

Lucas is just standing there, silent.

He's about to walk away.

Before, I would let him.

But no.

Not this time.

I jumped into his arms and our lips crashed with great force.

It didn't last long, but it was passionate.

Lucas P.O.V.

I can't believe she did that.

This means that she likes me.

Right?

L-"Does this mean you like me?"

M-"I always have, you goof."

I kiss her, this time with more force than before.

In this moment it's just me and Maya.

And Riley?!

Everyone's P.O.V.

R-"That's it!"

Riley storms into Topanga's pulling Lucas and Maya apart.

F-"Ril--Oh whoops I'm too late."

R-"I can't believe---I-- Why?! Why again?! Why her?!(points to Maya) Why him?!(points to Maya) My own best friend takes my boyfriend once again!"

M-"Riley it's not like that!"

R-"Are you kidding me??! What do you mean it's not like that??! It is!! You kissed my boyfriend, again! Do you really hate me that much?"

Riley steps closer to Maya.

Maya tries to back up, but Riley grabs her wrist.

Lucas immediately steps in front of Maya, in a protective way.

L-"Riley calm down."

R-"No! No! I will not calm down!!"

L-"Why do you even care?! You obviously like Farkle!"

Riley stands there shocked, not knowing what to say.

R-"Leave him out of this!"

L-"You can't even deny it! You know its true Riley."

Silence from everyone.

L-"The truth is we keep running back to each other because we're scared. Scared of our feelings. Scared of what we feel for one another. We keep running from the truth. But no more. I'm done with that. I'm not gonna run anymore. I don't want to. You need to stop running too. You like him. He likes you. I like Maya. She likes me. So let's stop running and just go for what we want. They're right in front of us, waiting. So when is that wait gonna be over?"

Everyone is silent.

All of a sudden Farkle starts walking really fast, to Riley.

It was out of nowhere, unexpected.

He grabs her face and kisses her.

It's a long, passionate kiss.

After about 10 seconds they come up for air.

Now they're just looking at each other not saying anything.

Maya and Lucas just stand in awe watching the whole thing exchanging glances every once in awhile.

R-"Woah."

F-"Woah"

Zay shows up out of nowhere yelling "Riarkle!" in the doorway with his hands in the air doing jazz hands.
