Chapter 6

Reilly's (POV)

When the man finally set me down, I found myself in what looked like an old warehouse. I took in my surroundings and looked behind me. The kidnapper was not a man, but a boy my age. The boy was very attractive and looked a little familiar. He had beautiful brown hair that set perfectly on top of his head and his eyes were as blue as the sea. He had a tan, muscular body and looked amazing, but one thought still ran through my mind. Why would he kidnap me? What did he even want with me?

I saw the black cloaked figure again and knew he wasn't just working in that haunted house. He took his hood off and I could only see the back of his head. As soon as he turned I recognized him as Jake, my science partner, but why was he helping this guy kidnap me?

"I assume you're wondering why we brought you here." The boy spoke.

"Yes." I agreed in disgust. He may be attractive but I was still angry with him, but something in me wouldn't allow me to stay angry at him for long.

When I saw his face sadden a little, I softened up.

"I just needed to tell you something." He blushed.

So that was his reason for kidnapping me? So he could tell me something? My mind was going crazy. What could possibly be important enough for him to have to kidnap me tell me?

"You should probably sit down first." he added.

Knowing this must have been a serious situation, I looked for the nearest thing to sit on.

When I found a pile of sacs filled with something, I sat down. I looked at him in confusion and he began to explain.

" I'm a werewolf," he admitted proudly.

"You're a what?"

"A were...."

" I know what you said." I stated.

"In every pack there is an alpha. I am that alpha, and as alpha it is my duty to protect the pack."

"Go on." I said. I had a feeling there was more to what he was saying.

"Right now the Beta is helping me run my pack, because I am not strong enough yet. My pack and I will be at my strongest when I have my mate." He admitted.

"So what do you need with me?" I questioned.

"See that's the thing", he said hesitantly. "You are my mate."
