Ruby's POV

I woke up, looking at my alarm clock still half asleep. I quickly hopped out of my bed and into the bathroom taking a quick shower then dressing up seeing that it is already 8:30 in the morning. I rushed down and straight to the door "OI!!Ruby eat your breakfast!!" big brother shouted at me saying "But I'm late besides I'm already full!!" I said as I ran out the house and to school.
~~Few minutes later.~~
I opened my classroom door and seeing my teacher very mad "Miss Tyler you are late for school at your second day, tho I shall reconsider it and make sure you don't become late AGAIN in sometime soon." my teacher said and I just sat down at a vacant seat near the window.
~~Bell rings for dismissal.~~
I sigh, a girl came to me and said "Ruby Tyler right? I'm Ella Davis nice to meet you." "Me too!." I said cheerfully. "Hey Ruby what type magic do you have?" she asked curiously "Uhhh....Magic? Sorry but I don't have magic...I think." I said looking down while walking "Is that so...Well this school is full of magic everyone has it. Personally I have Levitation magic which means I get to fly and make things float."
"Cool!!" I said. "So where were you born?" "In an elven land... Tho I'm not an elf I'm only a regular person....human for short" I said looking down "Huh....?Maybe your magic just hasn't developed yet, you need time for it." she said with hope. "Well we split off here cya tomorrow Ruby!!".
~~Playground.~~
A boy the same as my age and school swings back and forth on the swing, then he noticed my presence and threw a flaming dagger at me hitting my right cheek making it have a straight burn. I look at him and shouted "What do you---" I was cut off by another boy "Lucas you shouldn't have done that you idiot!!"
He yelled at the so called 'Lucas' and he dragged Lucas in front of me. "Say sorry to her." he just cussed under his breath
"Your not the boss of me." He said in a cold voice.
He seemed furious and pinched Lucas's cheeks. "Fine fine fine!! Just stop!" he stopped.
"I'm sorry, done you happy now?" He said.
"Good enough." He took his hand out and said "I'm Xander Wilt. Nice to meet you and this pain in the neck is Lucas my brother."
Brother?? How could they be brothers? "I'm Ruby Tyler. Nice to meet you too." I shook is hand.
And he smiled at me.
"Well, we have to go now Ruby cya!" He said and waved while he walked off still dragging Lucas with him.
I just walked home like they did.
~~At home.~~
"Hey sis." My brother, Yuu, welcomed me home. "Thanks." I simply said and walked up to my room then changed my clothes...My tummy growls. "Oh...I'm hungry..."

I tried my best for to do this story.. Short? IKR but I didn't have enough imagination for this....
I'll make chapter 2 tomorrow since I'm tired AF welp cya guys.
