Haru's POV (Long time no see)
I was currently laying down on the couch with my head rested on Mommy Rhea's lap. Yes, Mommy Rhea. I like to call her that cause she looks young.
The door then bursts open, revealing Den, Ven, Loraine, Shiray, and Daedalus. Just kidding, of course Faye. "Elder Rhea! We have news!" Shiray said. "More like information that we have found out." Loraine and Denise said in chorus.
"Children, no need fight about it. Just tell us now." Mommy Rhea said in a tone. A tone just like Lady Emily's.
A motherly and calm one. Mommy Rhea gestured for them to sit down as I sat up. Lady Emily walked in and sat beside me. "What is it, children?" She asked. "Veronica sent spies here." Faye said. "Hmm. . . As expecting of Veronica. They want to get information on our fighters before they attack. An advantage point. Children of Hermes, perhaps?" She said in an unsure tone.
"There is a high suspicion rate that they had sent children of Hermes here. Since Hermes is the god of thieves and some others, thieves are very stealthy indeed. Oh and might I correct you Shiray, Annabeth is indeed real." Denise said. Shiray's jaw dropped. Lady Emily and Mommy Rhea smiled.
"But it might be a child of Athena too. Or any god or goddess in particular. No one really knows. Except the Twelve Olympians. We must find this spy and prevent he or she return back with useful information for the people of Veronica." Mommy Rhea said.
"Can't the gods just tell???" Shiray asked
Denise looked at her with disbelief, "Gods and goddesses can't interfere with they're children's doings. Which means they can't tell us. The Fates has something in store for every person. And some of them aren't good. Just like Ruby's fate. . . Though, only some know her fate. Because if she or anyone that that knows it, they might try to change it and people know best not to interfere with fates." She explained.
I just sighed, "We must observe the people in this school. If they give out the information to Veronica, it will cause a war, and she will panic making her loose her control over her magic." I said as my ears flopped down.
"Humans are quite fragile. Those who aren't magic users are cowards. They want to use us as weapons for their own useless war. We've got our own fight, children. So they are quite a handful sometimes." Mommy Rhea said as she sighed with a smile. The sadness was obvious behind it up closer.
"Elder Rhea, didn't you love a human once?" Lady Emily asked. The others looked interested while Denise and Loraine knew better to just keep back.
"Yes, I thought he was different. . . But he was just like any other mortal, a manipulator to our own kind." She said. But she just smiled. "Some humans are great though. . ." She said.
"True. Once you get fond of them. . ." Faye looked out the huge window.
"You get easily addicted. . ."
E
Elcia's POV
"I really don't get you and Ruby. You two are girls, so you should act like one!" Ella exclaimed as she flailed her arms. Ruby just giggled at the sight of Ella behaving like this.
"Dresses, make up, and heels are a drag. Why bother?" I said as Ella gasped. She snapped as she went in front of me. "Nuh-uh, woman! You didn't!" She exclaimed as she pouted.
Both me and Ruby laughed at the sight of her being mad. She is cute after all.
Correction: I ain't a lesbian nor bisexual.
