Chapter 24

Laura's POV

Me and Rydel are in the washroom. I put my hair up in a high straight ponytail then it got curly at the ends.

Rydel had her hair loose with pink strips.

I put some on and some silver sparkly eyeshadow.

Rydel put some eye liner and light pink lipstick.

Rydel- oooh!!! Laura, you look so nice!!!

Me- thanks, you look amazing!!!!

Rydel- thanks. Lets go get dressed.

We walk to rydel's room. My dress and her dress was laying on her bed.

We quickly put our dresses on and shoes.

My dress is an above knee high, neon green with a leather jacket. I also wore black converse.

Rydel wore an above knee high dress, neon pink and a pair of sneakers.

We both looked at each other.

Both- EEEEEEEPPP!!!!!

Me- we should go downstairs now it's already 3:00!! We have only 1 our to set up then it's the VIP party before the concert with the fans at 4:00, and then the real concert at 6:00pm.

Rydel- okay, okay.

We walk down the stairs. I see Ross is ready. He's sitting on the couch.

I run over to him and stand In front of of him. He eyes me up and down, from head to toe.

Ross- wow wow wow! Laura you look wow.

Me- you look wow yourself.

We both laugh and I sit on his lap.

Me- where's everyone else?

Ross- they're all outside already. Packing the van.

Me- why are you inside then?

Ross- I wanted to wait for my princess.

I blushed and I took his hand and we went outside.

We all got in the van.

The seating arrangements:

Front: Mark, Stormie

Ross and me, Rydel and Ratliff, Riker and rocky and ryland.

We get there after a few minutes then quickly get inside carrying things.

I helped Ross and Riker set up the speakers and guitars and piano. While Ratliff and Rocky set up the drums and microphones.

I heard fans screaming outside and talking. I remember when I was a fan like them. I always loved r5. My sister would always have to drive me to their concerts. Well now I'm the girlfriend of the lead singer!!!

And best friend of the pianist! It was time!! Everything was set up!! The body guards opened the doors and the fans came running in.

I went backstage where everyone else were.

Ahhh!! So many people. I don't necessarily have stage fright but I get a tad bit nervous sometimes.

I started breathing heavily and Ross walked over to me in a slight worried look.

Ross- Laura, are you okay? It's gonna be okay.

I nodded and Ross gestured for a hug. We hugged then they went out on stage. I stayed back here and watched at the moment.

They sang a few songs. Rydel and Ross did a duet to 'just give me a reason'

Rocky and Ratliff did 'thrift shop'
