Chapter 7

Ross' POV

We walk over to Sevina to see her waving at us. She walks towards us as we walk over to her.

Sevina- hey!

Laura- hey. So I see you're going to ths school now!

Sevina- yeah. I asked my parents and they didn't say anything so I paid for it myself. I guess that's just how life works.

Laura and I look at each other.

I wonder how Sevina's Parents are like. Do they have money? Do they even have a house? I hope that Sevina's family is doing alright. I'd hate to see her upset.

Me- so the bells gonna ring in about 2 minutes. Lets head over to the doors.

Laura, Sevina and I go walk to the doors and just as we arrived the bell rang.

Sevina- I guess we'll be the first ones inside!

We walk into the halls going to our lockers getting our stuff and heading over to class.

- Math Class -

Teacher- so who knows why Danny broke up with Jenna.

A really smart kid in the front raised his hand.

Kid- this isn't even math.

Teacher- everyone knows that math sucks. So instead of working on some dumb math ill just give you guys all A+'s for the rest of the year and we'll still be doing this stuff.

Kid- but it's not math!

Teacher- look, everyone hates math! Who wants to watch a movie?

Everyone starts to blurt out titles of movies. Obviously I said Romeo An Juliet.

Laura said Aladdin. Some other kids said Hunger Games, Now you see me, Ted and 21 Jump Street.

What the heck? People are suggesting movies that are really inappropriate. But they are so hilarious.

I was looking at Sevina at the back of the room. She was doodling.

Teacher- the movie we will be watching is Romeo And Juliet.

Laura looks at me then playfully rolls her eyes.

The end of the movie I saw that Laura was crying. And Sevina was still doodling.

What was she doodling? She's been doing it forever! I gotta go ask her. Wait why am I so concerned all of a sudden? Well I'm still gonna ask her just not now!

Teacher- class has ended!

I walk over to Laura.

Me- are you okay?

Laura- yeah *sniff* I'm fine *sniff*

I wipe her tears with my sleeve because I hate to see her cry even though its just a movie.

Laura- thanks:)

Me- no problem. Have you been watching Sevina?

Laura- what do you mean?

We both look over at her as she's doodling.

Me- she's been doing that since the start of class.

Laura- go wait in the hall, ill go talk to her.

I walk out but still close enough to hear the conversation. I also peek inside to watch.

Laura- hey Sevina.

She quickly closes her journal.

Sevina- hey Laura...

Laura- what are you drawing?

Sevina- um..Er... Welllll..... Nothing!

Laura- are you sure?

Sevina- no.. I mean yes!

Laura- pleaseeeeee!!!

Sevina- fine!

Laura's POV

Sevina opens up her journal and I see an amazing drawing. It's a drawing of... Ross??!?!??!!?

Laura- it's a drawing of Ross..

Sevina- yeah. I really like him. But don't tell!!

I look at Ross as he's hearing the whole conversation and peeking.

Teacher- girls lunch is going to start soon!

We both get our things then go outside.

Ross looked at me in a ' I need to talk to you face '

Laura- um Sevina, me and Ross are gonna need to talk alone.

She walks out to her locker.

Me- did you hear?

Ross- yeah. I don't feel the same way as she does for me. I have another girl i have on my mind. I love you. I actually feel bad for her.

Me- wait! What did you just say?

Ross- I feel bad for her..

Me- no before that!

Ross- I have another girl on my mind.

Me- no after that!

Ross- I have no idea what your talking about!

Me and Ross made up these actions for fun. The action for I love you too of I love you is a heart.

Me- um Ross?

Ross- yeah?

Me- I have something to tell you.

Ross- okay.

I have my hands behind my back shaking a bit. Butterflies in my stomach. And my head thinking about what would happen if he rejected me.

I put my hands in a heart shape then pulled them out from behind my back.

He saw my hands. He had a mixed reaction. I couldn't tell if he was surprised, or sad or happy. I had no idea!

I put my hands behind my back again while looking on the floor.
