As i stepped back hitting a wall i took a gulp as the crowd of angry men and women got closer, I couldn't convince them I wasn't against them so i closed my eyes tight and waited for the pain to be bestowed upon me. Just as the first person got close i heard a loud thump as Hurimu was now standing in-front of me he looked different though. I was looking around when i looked back at him i noticed something in his hand. Fire..he had a full sword looking flame in his hand as he stood in-front of me. "Are you all mad? This here is our guest, he is the special gem one i was talking bout, now hows bout we apologize and treat him to some food?" After everyone calmed down it was like a complete 180 happened as people actually joked around with me and Hurimu sat across from me explaining why everyone was so hostile and as i was finishing up he smirked and looked at the nurse then at me and whispered. "Ya know, i dont think I've seen her so happy in a while, I don't know if it's you or not but just a warning, if it is about you be careful when training and out on the field. She looks happy and all but she will get worried and scared.." his smile faded as he looked at her then down as he pulled out a cigarette. "What do you mean? Doesn't she help the injured as a job?" I became curious in what he meant by what he just said. "Look..Shiro,..kiumi..she only cared about one guy before and he died protecting her...he was..one of our higher up comrades...if she does care about you like him...then you better be careful or others will hurt you..we all care about each-other as family so no-one here will think twice about beating you to a pulp for hurting or worrying her.."

I gulped as I nodded, his face had changed, with a cigarette in his mouth his black coal hair covered his eyes in a blacked out shadow as he sighed then smiled as he lit his cigarette and looked at me. "Alright, so once you've had your fill we need to get you to start training..yes we all have special abilities but it doesn't hurt to know how to stay protected, and you not being good at a distance you might want to learn how to fight, and use a weapon or two" Hurimu waited as i kept eating, i was listening, but i was also focused on filling my empty monstrous belly with the delicious taste of these steaming fried dumplings filled with various cooked meats, a small bit of cheese, and this salty, sweet, spice just to make my mouth water more as i gulped more into my mouth, chewing and filling it up again.

After I had my fill of the delicious treat I sat up and looked at Hurimu who had demolished 2 packs of cigarettes waiting for me to finish. I put my hand behind my head smiling slightly "s-sorry.." He chuckled and stood up, "That's nothing man, Artio over there, he can engulf this whole cafeteria and still be hungry" I looked over at the big bellied man stuffing his face with more and more food, he had his gem right in his belly button and the picture of a black-hole was engraved in his arm. I smirked slightly and stood up and looked at him. "So, Hurimu, what will i be learning to use?" As i stood i looked over at him as he let a cloud of smoke leak out of his lips and he smirked, "well Shiro, we will be trying different stuff, i would like to get you at least a ranged weapon and a close quarters one..just in case." I nodded as i followed him out of the cafeteria, as we left i noticed Kiumi smiling my direction before blushing dark red and turning away to hide her face. The door slid close as i walked through and i was back in the hallway with the fork in the road. "So just how big is this place?" I got curious as we walked down towards the sign reading 'Training/Armory' I still was trying to grasp the fact that I wasn't home with my sister...that she died...that I failed to protect her.. I slowly came to a stop and rested my hand on the wall next to me looking down, my hair covering my face in a dark shadow as tears slowly started to fall down to the ground. "Well you see...it's an old Ishuraku.., (a Ishuraku is a battleship looking ship from the old life of the planet) ..we found it here on land, broken apart and decided to make a base in this monstrous beast." Hurimu slowly stopped smiling and walking and looked back sighing as he walked to me. "Thinking bout that day again? It's not exactly healthy to do so...but i can't imagine the pain of loosing a sister..so I won't push to hard at telling you to not cry..just..don't let her death be in vain.." He rested his hand on my shoulder as he sighed and spoke calmly to me. I took a deep breath and nodded, but I didn't have the strength to move at the moment so I just stood there looking down st the puddle I was currently making, feeling the cool metal my hand was resting on, a slow but refreshing breeze flowing through the empty hallway where the only sounds where my tears hitting the ground, and the muffled laughter from the cafeteria behind me. "Shiro...don't worry, we'll get those SOB's for you and your sister..but we can only go one day at a time...ya feel me?" I nodded again as i slowly pushed off the wall standing up, "let's get ya to a room then.." Hurimu lead me down the hall to a room where he let me go in before he closed the door and walked away nodding at Kiumi as he pasted her in the hall
