Slipping out of my room I tiptoed down the corridor, muscles tensed and breath held doing anything to make sure I wouldn't make a sound.

10 minutes ago I woke up with a slight headache and turned my head to discover Aaron in my bed. Confusion washed over me as I stared at his face, his pink lips slightly parted as soft air passed between them and a soft blonde shock of hair fell across his face. All too quickly memories of last night flashed through my mind. Aaron and I kissing. Me agreeing to be his girlfriend. The look on Jake's face when he saw his best friend and I. A feeling of panic flowed through my body as I freaked out. Trying as gently as possible to untangle Aaron's limbs from mine, I moved my body away from his. Finally out of the bed I looked down at Aaron. God he was so sweet and amazing but I still couldn't ignore this feeling I had that was making me question all of this. Sighing I tiptoed past my friends and that's how I found myself creeping around my own house avoiding my own boyfriend.

After a painful 10 minutes of trying to sliently creep down my large wooden stair case I made my way to the kicthen. Standing in the vast kitchen I made my way to the fridge pulling out ingredients to make breakfast. Flicking on the TV I began humming to myself as I fried eggs, pancakes, sausages and bacon. Busying myself in hope that my thoughts wouldn't get the better of me I continued on cooking, focusing on everything apart from what was going on in my head. I made some toast while I heated up some beans before chopping up some strawberries, mangos, pineapple, grapes and apple for a fruit salad.

Looking at the clock I realised an hour had passed and the guys still weren't showing any signs of getting up yet. Wrapping everything up in foil I put it in the oven on virtually no heat just to keep them warm. Grabbing a smoothie from the fridge before shutting it I sat myself down on top of the kitchen island watching Teen Mom re-runs. Fifteen minutes later I shut the TV off fustrated with myself. I'd spent the last hour and fifteen minutes busying myself and the whole time all I could think about was Jake and the look on his face when he saw me and Aaron. Groaning I jumped off the island dumping my glass in the sink. Exiting the kitchen I silently ran up the stairs entering my closet through my bathroom. Once inside I grabbed my massive hoddie and pair of uggs ignoring my dishevelled appearance in the mirror. Rushing down the stairs despite the noise I walked through my front door, down the drive and up to Jake's front door. Standing infront of it I took a deep breath. I could feel my heart pumping the sound echoing through my ears as I rang the bell. After what seemed like an eternity the front door finally opened and there in front of me stood a sleepy Jake in a pair of kiss mark boxers, his hair messy and rubbing his eyes sleepily. And I swear my heart skipped a beat.

"Hi" I said quietly looking at a blank face Jake. He'd never looked at me like that before, like he was looking straight past me.

"What do you want Dennie" I winced slightly at the harsh tone of his voice coupled with the use of my actual name.

"I err...I just wanted to say sorry" I said quietly.

"Why? You don't have to apologise for making your own decisions" He shrugged.

"Look Jake please don't be like this with me. I never meant to hurt your feelings"
