"There is no way I am going to go in there and act like a freak!" I squealed looking up afraid at the wooden door in front of me. "Come on! It is not that bad, I bet you will manage it." Matty laughed. I turned around to face him "Uh, know I wont?"
Boys were so stupid sometimes!
He let out a laughter before picking me up bridal style. I let out a long scream, hitting his chest repeatedly with my fists "Let me down, asshole, or, or..." I trailed off only getting him to laugh more "Or what? Will you tell your daddy, what I have done? That I hurt his poor little princess because I picked her up and try to help her?"
That was so not happening!
Crossing my arms I bit back "No, douche! I will tell him that you forced me to do that and that I didn't want to be here in anyway."
Wow I was quite creative coming up with bad words when I was angry!
That got him laughing even more and without an answer he started walking over to the door.
But let me explain what had happened!
This morning at breakfast - where my hunger attacks had luckily passed by - Matty joined me a happy smile on his face. I knew his intentions when he was looking like that: something bad was bound to be happening! "Whatever you have planned, I wont do it!" I stated before he could actually start talking. "What, I didn't say anything!" he responded, raising his arms in surrender. "Not yet!" I answered giving him a death glare. "Fine! So you are right, I have a plan about what we are going to do today. Did you ever heard about a help group?" Before he could continue I interrupted his talking with a loud scream which was supposed to be somehow a "NOOOOO!" but ended up being something more in the direction of me dying. But who was I complaining? The more dramatic it sounded the better chances I had to change Matty's mind. "Are you okay over there?" he asked carefully. I quickly nodded before deciding to shake my head and then went back to nodding. That must had looked really weird and I started wondering what was going on with me today. Matty must had thought the same because he asked "You sure? About being okay, or not..." It was funny that I managed to even confuse him with my confusedness but resisted the laughter and instead I nodded my head. He let out a chuckle before continuing "So this group isn't that bad and actually they are quite cool! Plus it would only be for today so nothing to worry about!" I got up shaking my head "There is no way I will ever do something like that!"
Upstairs in my room I dialled Tracy's number and when I was just about to hung up because I was sure she wouldn't answer it anymore I heard her voice coming from the other side of the line "Hello?" I smiled at the sound of her voice "Hey it is me Sammy. Do you have some time?" She let out a long sigh "Sure, what is up?" Before I could answer though I heard some murmuring in the background. "Was that Ky?" I asked. "Yes, but don't worry I don't have the speakers on or something like that!"
"Well Matty came up with this stupid idea of me going to a help group! Isn't that just crazy and insane?"
"I don't know. It sounds kind of fun to me. Plus isn't it cute how he is so thoughtful and all?"
"No it is not! To both you answers! Which aren't helpful o what I expected in anyway by the way!"
"I am sorry. So why exactly don't you want to go there?"
"Because that is something for losers and people who have a real problem. I don't have a real problem so what the hell should I be talking about? How my goldfish Douglas died when I was eighteen when I didn't even have a real fish?"
There was silence at the other end of the line until I realized there couldn't have been any age to pick that could have been worse.
"Look Sammy, did you realize what you just said? Maybe all of that isn't about your none existing fish but about..."
