Sometimes I cry

When I watch the sky

Knowing some

Will never

See this beauty

Eyes untouched by amazement

Sometimes I cry

Listening to Mozart

Knowing that there will be people

Who can't hope to the music

Get lost and fly

For their ears are silent

Sometimes I cry

Knowing there are kids

Who won't reach my age

Won't live through

The best of life moments

Sometimes I cry

Knowing some don't know

How to write for hope

To express themselves

For they never learned how

Sometimes I cry

For those

Who are too strong

To shed one tear

Out of utter fear

Sometimes I cry

Knowing there are people

Who do not have

To same hope

As me
