I wake up in the weirdest way, my arm is twisted and onto my back if that is even possible. My legs kind of look Indian style (crisscross applesauce). And when I went to sleep I was at the top of my bed. Now I am at the bottom.
"Good morning." Said Star Light.
"We have to take Luna down she has to pay for what she has done to you!" I say breathing fast and hard.
"What?" She said still half asleep
"Help me make a raft!"
"Okay?" Said Star getting out of bed.
I can water bend this tree and cut it down. I say
"Wait... you can water bend? You never told me!"
"Yes I did. Now I did." I say sassily.
She rubs her eyes and starts making some breakfast.
"What do we have to make for breakfast?" She asked
"Fish." I say.
"Again?"
"It's only temporary until we get off this island and onto the land." I say.
"Okay." She says.
She makes a fire and gets out two sticks and pokes them into the fish making blood splatter everywhere.
"Ewwwww yuck! Don't make me watch you poke at the guts!"
She turns around and starts running toward me with the bloody fish in her hand.
I run into the water and splash her.
"Wait don't do that until I put Mr. Fishy onto the grass." She says.
"You named it?" I ask.
"Of course! Everyone and everything should have a name!" She says.
I role my eyes.
"Okay then." I say "Go cook Mr. Fishy." I say.
She walks over toward the fire, and then she turns around and she burnt her wings.
"STAR WATCH OUT YOUR WINGS ARE ON FIRE!" I yell.
"What?!" She asked turning around. They start to denigrate.
"NO! MY WINGS! MY BEAUTIFUL WINGS! THEY GOT BURNT!" She yelled.
"They can always be cooled off though." I say calmly.
"NO THEY CAN'T BECAUSE THEY WILL DESINAGRATE EVEN FASTER AND THEN ADVENTUALLY DISSAPEAR."
"WHAT?!?" I ASK
She looks at me as if I'm a codfish.
"Tell me you know what happens when wings get burnt or are in the water too long?"
She screams from the pain of the fire almost reaching her shirt and onto her back.
"Star, we have to do something. You're going to burn! You have to set the fire off. You'll lose your wings but at least you won't lose your life." I say.
She has a tear trickling down her cheek.
"Do it." She says turning around.
I water bend the water over toward her wings and then they disappear. She looks like a normal human, wingless. And she lost something she loved.
AN: Don't worry, in the next chapter I will explain how her wings disintegrate when they get burnt or are in the water for too long. DON'T WORRY HORSEY IS HERE! ;P
