Joe's POV

I was awoken by the sound of my phone ringing. i opened my eyes to see Jess laying next to me on the other side of the bed with the duvet wrapped around her small body. i reached for the side table to see that Zoe was ringing.

j - "hello?" in a morning voice

z- "finally you pick up joe, I've sent you 6 texts and called you 3 times! Me and Alfie are on the way to pick you up"

j - "its only early and why where we going?"

z - "its 11:30am joe! and we are going to dads remember for his birthday get together. we will pick you up at 1ish and invite Jess so everyone can meet her."

j - "o..k.....bu..t" i didn't get to finish what i was staying before zoe interrupted.

z - "see you both in a bit, bye!"

I checked social media and uploaded a snapchat (below). in seconds it was getting opened and screenshot and uploaded to twitter and instagram.

i slammed my phone down on my bedside table. the noise echoed the room waking up jess next to me. I turned over so that i was looking in her eyes

joe - "morning".

jess - "morning" yarning

joe - "what you doing this weekend?"

jess - "nothing...why?"

joe - "do you want to come to Wiltshire with me alfie and zoe, its my dads birthday?"

jess - "sure, if thats ok we all of you"

I didn't answer and brought her into a tight hug into my chest. "its always ok" i said kissing her forehead.

joe - "we should start getting ready Zoe and Alfie are picking us up at 1"

Jess Pov

I wiggled out of Joe's embrace and headed back to my room to get ready and pack a bag. i showered, washed and dried my hair. put on a light coverage of makeup as today would be mostly just traveling and put on a outfit (below). As it was the end of November it was still quite cold so paired my outfit with my coat and just packed a bag of clothes and essentials i needed for the weekend.

I chucked my bag over my shoulder and made my way out to the living room to see joe ready on the phone.

joe was wearing:

joe - "you ready, got everything? Zoe and Alfie are waiting downstairs." I nodded and followed him out the apartment.

Jess POV

It took nearly 3 hours to get to Wiltshire due to loads of traffic out of London. I was so nervous of meeting Zoe and Joe's dad and then all of their family tomorrow, but i had heard lots about them on the journey here. Joe must had noticed that my hands were shaking and grabbed hold of them and began rubbing his thumb around the back of my hand, which helped calm my nerves a lot.

As Zoe knocked on the door i was hiding behind Joe and Alfie still with a tight grip on Joe's hand. Alfie must had noticed as he gave me a smirk. busted! A tall dark haired man answered the door "dad" shouted Zoë giving him a welcoming hug. Alfie walked in after that shaking his hand. As Joe followed up after Alfie i let go of his hand. "hey up dad" joe said and they hugged. It was my turn now to introduce myself. "hi nice to meet you I'm jess" i said reaching out to shake his hand. "hi Jess nice to meet you to I'm Graham, I've heard a lot about you" he said smiling. which helped with my nerves a lot. Graham went into the kitchen to finish off making the dinner while all of us headed upstairs to put away our bags in our rooms. Joe helped take my bag upstairs and placed it in his room. As it was only a 3 bedroom house i was sharing a room with joe. As i walked in it was a medium sized room however what shocked me was there was only one single bed. great me and joe was sharing a single.

graham - "Dinners ready!" he shouted

We all headed down to the dining room where there was a full sunday lunch on the table, even though it wasn't Sunday. This Sunday lunch was the best i had even had it was even better than my mums which said a lot. After we all finished we headed towards the living room where we just sat and relaxed and talked. It was now 9pm. "I'm going to have a early night tonight after all that driving see you tomorrow" Zoë said walking up the stairs with Alfie following shortly. I decided to go up to get ready shortly after Zoe and Alfie went. I headed to the bathroom taking off my make up and brushing my teeth and changing into some pjs - a black vest top and navy checked shorts. when i opened the door to mine and Joe's room, Joe was standing there with nothing more than black calvin kleins boxers on. i couldn't keep my eyes of his muscular toned body. "you coming in or just going to stare at me all night" joe said winking. i walked over locking the door behind me and got into bed next to joe. it was difficult getting 2 grown people into a single bed as it was quite squishy but after a few minutes we were both comfortable. My head was laying on joe's bare chest listening to him breathing. joe broke the silence.

joe - "my dad likes you'

jess - "he does..?" i said looking up.

joe - "yeah he does, i haven't brought that many girls to meet my dad you know you are the first one."

I couldn't help but smile. i reached up and planted a kiss onto his lips making him blush. i was still looking at him when he began to lean in and i couldn't resist and our lips met fitting perfectly together. he bit my lip asking for entrance and i agreed letting his tongue search my mouth. Joe lifted me onto of his chest without breaking the kiss. my hands in his hair and his hands positioned on my neck and back. in one swift movement he flipped us over so he was hovering over me and kissed me down from my forehead to my neck leaving love bites around the top of my chest and neck.
