Meeting the Suggs

Jess Pov
On a cold November morning everyone was sat downstairs in the living room celebrating Grahams birthday. It was so cold being in a little cottage in Wiltshire with frost covering the windows, Joe must had noticed as he passed me one of his spare hoodies which when on went below my knees and cuddled up to me trying to keep as much body heat. One by one with gave him our gifts we brought. Zoe and Alfie bought him some new trainers, coat and some little bits and bobs and Joe with some of my contribution bought him a apple watch. Zoe made a birthday breakfast for her dad which consisted of pancakes with different toppings, which were delicious! After breakfast we all headed different ways to our rooms to get changed for the day. Today i would be meeting the rest of the sugg family at a birthday get-together.

I was in the bedroom choosing what to wear and sorting my hair and makeup out when joe walked in wearing nothing but a white towl around his waist. He had just got out the shower and his hair was wet drooped over his face. I was sat on the bed brushing my hair when Joe stood above me, his wet hair dripping down onto my face.

jess - "ahh joe, stop your are getting me wet"

joe responded by giggling and kissing my now blushed cheeks.

"WE ARE LEAVING IN 10 MINUTES EVERYBODY!" shouted Graham up the stairs.

While Joe got changed, I ran down stairs to see everyone waiting next to the front door.

graham - "typical joe is always the last to get ready"

While the others started getting into the car i ran back to mine and joes room and when i walked in he had a black top on and black ripped jeans and a camp jacket.

jess - "Come on Joe hurry up everyones waiting"

joe - "it takes long to look this good" he said winking, i smacked his arm and followed joe downstairs towards the car.

Zoe- "here they finally are" she said smirking, did Zoë think something between happened just then?

jess pov
When we arrived at the restaurant there was around 15 people including myself, joe, Alfie , Zoë and graham. At the table i was sat in between Joe and Alfie. At first everyone kept giving me looks like who is she and why she here. But Alfie leant over and whispered something in my ear.
Alfie- "don't worry when I first met all the family it started awkward and then they treat you as one of the fam."
That reassured me a lot and just went with the flow of the meal. Joe and Zoe's grandparents were so funny and cute, their uncle and aunts and cousins were very welcoming and helped break the silence a few time which was all appreciated.
However what broke up everyone's own convocations was Joe's grandad asking "so Joesph how long have you and Jess been a couple"
I couldn't help but my cheeks began burning up. I felt everyone's eyes on both of us and I felt Joe's hand rest on my thigh under the table.
Joe- "we known each other for a few months now and we've been a couple for a few weeks"
After joe had said that everyone was "Ahhh... ing"
My cheeks were still bright red, I couldn't believe joe had just told all his family that me and him were and thing and were together. Confused looks we're both on Alfie and Zoe's face as there were the only 2 that knew the whole story about me actually being his roommate before his girlfriend even though this was the first time I've heard joe call me his.........girlfriend.

Joe Sugg POV
It was so nice to see all the Wiltshire fam today it's been to long and we all had a good catch up, it was also nice to introduce Jess to everyone. We got back from the restaurant and we all were packing our things to head back to London/Brighton.
I was sat on my bed checking social media while Jess was packing her suitcase.
Jess- "joe...why did you tell all your family I'm your.... girl..." she didn't get time to finish what she was saying as I cut in and said.
Joe- "my girlfriend?"
She nodded
Joe- "So you don't want to be my girlfriend then?"
Jess- "erh I didn't say that."
Joe-"so you do want to be my girlfriend" I said winking.
I walked over to Jess holding her hands looking at each other in the eyes.
Joe- "Jess will you be my girlfriend"
Jess's eyes lit up and jumped into my chest "YES!!" She shouted.
I was still hugging her into my chest and lifted her chin up so that we are looking at each other. "I love you Jess"
Jess- "I love you too joe"
I kissed her delicately but still with passion.
