Chapter 8: Opening up

Justins p.o.v.

Today tori had to go to work so she asked if I could watch drew. Of course I said yes. Ryan let me use his car for the day so I could take drew anywhere he wanted to go. I pulled up to Tori's house and knocked on the door. I heard someone faintly scream 'come in'. I walked to the kitchen where I could here things being thrown around. "Hey sorry I'm just trying to get breakfast together for drew." I shook my head and smiled. She always worried about nothing. "I was thinking I could take him out instead" I said to her. She stopped what she was doing and turned around. She looked as confused as ever, and it confused me. "Right, ya, um ok so let me just put this stuff ba-" "tor, I got it. Just go before your late." She smiled at me walked out and to the living room. She walked over to drew and kissed him on the top of the head. He was too zoned in on his kiddy show, to even acknowledge her. She walked over to her stuff and back to me. "Alright well I will call you when I get a brake to check in and when I leave work. Please try not to spoil him too much, I don't want him to get used to it." She leaned in for a hug and I hugged her back. She let go and smiled at me. I watched her walk out the front door before walking into the living room.

"Alright buddy what do you want to eat? They got Mac and cheese, chicken fingers, mini burgers, grilled cheese." He looked deep in thought before screaming out Mac and cheese. I smiled at him and nodded my head. The waitress came back up to our table, "did you decide what you wanted?" I looked at her then said "yes, he will have the kids Mac and cheese and I will have the classic burger with fries." She nodded her head and walked away. "So drew do you have a girlfriend?" He made a sour pus face and shook his head repeatedly as I laughed. He went back to drawing and I just sat there staring at him. He was so beautiful. He was the perfect kid, I'm sure everyone says that about there kids, but he actually was. He never cried, never threw tantrums, always polite, saying please and thank you every chance he got. I looked at him in aw. I couldn't believe I had a child. It blew my mind to actually think I'm a dad. I couldn't wait to be the best father to this kid. My kid.

It was around 7:30 when I heard a car pull up outside. I waited a couple seconds and saw tori come through the door slightly wet. "Jeez, it's raining pretty hard out there." I chuckled and grabbed a towel from the downstairs linen closet, tossing it to her. She muttered a thanks. "I'm gonna go take a quick shower if you want to order something in?" I nodded my head. I grabbed my phone and called in for a pizza.

When tori returned downstairs from her shower the pizza was just delivered. We each grabbed a slice and sat on the couch. We were watching sponge bob. "Mommy, are you and daddy married?" I choked on my pizza a bit and looked at tori. "No honey, were just friends." He nodded his head and turned back to the tv. I got up to get another slice and something to drink. I was in the kitchen when tori walked in. "How awkward was that" she chuckled slightly. I just smiled. "Justin?" I looked at her for her to continue. "Why did you cheat on me? Was it something I did. I get you wanted to have fun but was it all worth it in the end. I cried night after night praying you would come find me so I could tell you I was pregnant. I was scared out of my mind and all I wanted was for you to hold me and tell me everything was gonna be ok. Why did you abandon me?" She cried. I put my stuff down and went to hug her. We stood there for 10 minutes hugging. She cried, while I whispered sweet nothings into her ear. I never wanted to let go, but I soon felt her break away. "I'm gonna go put drew to bed. Wait here though, don't leave."she smiled at me. I knew it was fake and that she was trying her best to stay positive for drew.

Twenty minutes later she walked back downstairs and sat next to me on the couch. "Tori, please know that I regretted everything that happened. Everything I did with Alisha. I made the biggest mistake of my life. I loved you when I first met you, the first time we hung out, when you left for London, when you came back, through all the mistakes I've made I was still deeply in love with you. Coming here and finding out I had a son was the best thing I could ever find out. I love you and drew. I will continue to love you guys forever." She was crying again. She reached over and hugged me. She came and sat on my lap with her head in the crook of my neck and she was still hugging me. I felt so safe and comfortable in her arms. I knew in my heart that I belonged with her. We could go anywhere, as long as she was by my side I don't care where. I kissed the top of her head. She looked up at me as I looked down at her. "I love you justin." "I love you too tori." I smiled. She leaned up and kissed me. I was taken back at first but knew we both wanted this. I kissed back and held her beautiful face. I picked her up and walked up the stairs to her room. I gently laid her on her bed and continued to kiss her. I pulled my shirt off and she took hers off as well. I kissed down to her stomach then back up.she sat up a little so I could unclip her bra. I stared at her beautiful body. How could someone who has a kid have such an amazing body? She kissed down my neck and went for my belt. I knew what this was leading to. "Are you sure tori?" She nodded her head right away. "I love you justin" "I love you too" I kissed her passionately again. We had the best night of our lives, excluding the night we conceived drew of course.
