After the concert, I made my way back stage, having argued with a different security guard and been rescued by the first, before knocking on their dressing room door.
‘Just me!’ I called.
‘In you come!’
I pushed the door open only to be scooped up into a massive hug.
‘There’s my baby bat!’ Ashley yelled, spinning me round in his arms.
‘About time you two.’ Jinxx sighed.
Ashley merely poked his tongue out at the man, swaying me round slowly.
‘Come on Ash, we gotta meet fans. Leave Roxie here so she doesn’t get into any danger. Not that I think the fans are dangerous, just some get over-excited.’ Andy sighed.
Ashley pouted, but he placed me down on the sofa anyway, before giving me a quick kiss and leaving. I curled up, a huge grin written all over my face. My phone buzzed, and I looked to see a new text.
‘Heya! It’s Ashenry, but my name is Lothwen (my elvish name, my real name is Antonia,,, but that's just boring ^_~). I hope you don’t mind me asking Raylene for your number.’
Grinning, I replied, ‘Not at all. It’s always nice to be able to text to your mates.’
I slipped my phone back in my pocket, but it gave another buzz. I smiled, thinking it was Lothwen, but my smile fell as I saw it was unknown.
‘Enjoy your time with your little boy, because soon you’ll be my little servant again. I’m coming for you.’
My heart stopped, but I ignored the message, thinking it was some hoax – maybe it was some crazy fan or something, or some drunken people.
I stuffed it back in my pocket, ignoring it as it went off again – I could hear the footsteps and I didn’t want to worry Ashley.
‘Where’s my bat?!’
‘I’m right here where you left me, doofus!’ I replied.
He bounded in, grinning, before sweeping me off the sofa and into his arms.
‘Come one, home with you!’ he declared. He grabbed my old bag of clothes, before waltzing off – still carrying me bridal style.
‘Ash, I can walk.’ I laughed.
‘I know. But I like carrying you.’ He chuckled, kissing my forehead before nuzzling against his own. ‘Now shush baby.’
I rolled my eyes, resting my head on his shoulder, planting a kiss on the soft skin, feeling a small shiver run through him.
‘Jesus baby, don’t do that. I have to control myself enough right now – last thing we want is a very angry Jayy Von Monroe on my doorstep with a chainsaw.’
‘No, that’s Dahvie with the chainsaw.’ I smirked, making sure I had my head at an angle that would allow my breath to lightly caress his neck. ‘Jayy’s a machete kind of guy.’
‘You’re not helping your case y’know.’
‘I’m aware.’ I cooed, gently trailing kisses up and down his neck, looking for it. I soon heard the sharp intake of breath, and deduced I had found it. I licked it to double check, and heard the stiffened moan, before attaching my lips there, gently suckling.
‘Goddammit Roxie…’ he groaned, but he tilted his head slightly back to allow me better access to his sweet spot. Smirking against the skin, I detached myself, before trailing my tongue up the skin till I reached his jaw, which I gave another kiss to, before capturing his lips with my own, trying to tell him just how much I loved him through the gestures.
‘GET IN THERE!’
‘SHH!’
‘Goddammit Rosemary! Ruin the moment!’
Breaking off, I saw four figures run away, chuckling.
‘Let’s go home.’ Ashley smiled.
He placed me in his car, before getting in his own side. Driving to his house, he arrived, before getting out and scooping me out my side again, carrying me inside.
‘You truly have no idea how long I have wanted to do this.’ He whispered.
He took my upstairs, and began to carefully undress me. My heart was in my mouth as he reached my underwear, but instead he got one of his t-shirts and placed it on me. He then removed his shirt and pants, got into his side, and pulled me into his arms, cuddling me close, before giving a content sigh.
‘Was that it?’ I asked.
‘Yes. Why, did you think something else? I’m wounded Roxie, I truly am.’
‘Very funny Ash.’ I smiled anyway, snuggling into his warm chest. He chuckled lightly, kissing the top of my head. ‘You can hardly blame me.’
‘No, I can’t. But like I said before, last thing we want is a very angry older brother out for my blood.’
I laughed softly, before resting my head on his chest, letting the soothing rhythm of his beating heart lull me to sleep.
When I awoke, I could hear some very angry pounding.
‘PURDY OPEN UP OR SO HELP ME I WILL BREAK DOWN THE DOOR!’
‘Y’know what you said last night about a very angry older brother out for your blood?’ I mumbled.
‘Spoke too soon, didn't I?’ Ashley sighed.
