Louis POV

My red returned to their normal blue state, signalling my hunger was now filled and I no longer needed blood. The thirst quenching feeling in my stomach vanished as I withdrew my teeth from the body. My normal mind started working, I took in all my surroundings remembering my previous state.

Ok, I was locked in, desperately in need for blood. I drunk the emergency bottle which rose-

Rose.

I slowly trailed my eyes to the floor, where the lifeless body lay. Correction roses lifeless body!

No no no no no no no" I mumbled to myself, I dropped onto the floor next to Roses body. I placed my hands on her shoulders shaking her slightly.

"Rose, please baby stay with me, show me those big blue eyes I've come to love, that contagious smile I'm begging to see" I weeped. She still laid there silently. My desperation came the best of me as I vigorously started shaking her.

"Rose! Please, don't do this too me!Rose get up!!! Please" my voice drew quite on the last please.

Tears streamed down my face(a/n ahaha see what I did there), the thought that I just killed my mate started kicking in. I continued to allow the tears to carelessly fall of my eyelids onto my already stained cheeks. Then a strange inner voice could be heard.

Come on Louis, you've already lost your family, Rose was the closet thing you had left, you can't let her leave too. Save her!!

The voice was right, I have to do something. I have to save her. My thoughts concluded to liam. He was very smart and logical in situations like these!

My thumbs desperately rolled over the iPhones screen until I reached Liam's contact.

The line rand a couple times until a husky voice was heard through the other side.

"Hello"

"Hey liam it's lou" I rushed.

"Oh he-"

"Liam I need you Rose is close to dying come quick!!"

"Ok, be there in 5 secs....right I'm here, open the door!"

Then it hit me like a ton of bricks.

"SHIT!!!! The door it's locked and vampire proof I can't get out!" I yelled, my panic mode sprung into action as I paced around the house, yelling out curse words. Soon Liam's voice boomed through the phone, interrupting me.

"LOUIS SHUT UP AND LISTEN" he yelled.

"I'm sorry I'm stressed, I KILLED HER LIAM, I DRANK TO MUCH BY ACCIDENT I LET MY HUNGER TAKE OVER AND SHE CUT HER ARM SO I DRANK HER!!!"

"Oh Louis, calm down I will look for something to open the door and tell you what to do, okay"

"Ok"

"Right check if she's got a pulse" I followed his instructions, picking up her delicate wrist.

"Yes but it's slow and dying out!!!!!!!!!"

"Try CPR"

I pinched her nose close, before leaning in and pressing my lips onto hers, giving her my breaths. After a couple of goes I switched to pumping her heart with my hands. I picked up a rhythm, yet she made no improvements.

"Nothing liam! NOTHING"

Suddenly a sharp feeling of something stabbing me appeared in my neck. I screamed as the pain grew worse, my body was trembling in the fearsome pain which took over. I felt like I was dying.

"Lou are you ok"

"L-l-liam m-my neck I-t hurts so b-bad"

I worried sigh could be heard.

"Ok stay calm alright, your feeling what's she felt, are you colder then normal"

"I-I'm f-freezing I-I'm way t-to c-cold"

"Please stay calm when I tell you this, your her mate so your linked, you feel what she feels when it's serious, it's like a warning, sadly feeling over cold means...."

"SAY IT LIAM"

"She's dying, close to death, extremely close"

My heart dropped.

"NOOO"

"Ok there's one last thing we can try"

"What I'll do anything!!"

"Give her your blood"

"But liam, that means she's mine, she might not be ready, it's such a big step, it can destroy everything"

"I'm so sorry lou, but it's the only thing we can do"

I swallowed the dry lump in my throat before biting into my wrist. The red blood squeezed out, I placed the bleeding wrist onto her plump lips. I could sense my blood trickling into her, a sign maybe.

I waited.

And waited

And waited

For nothing.

"Lou is she awake"

"Nothing liam she's doing nothing"

"Are you sure they are normally always awake by now, usually straight away"

"No, this can't be right" I mumbled.

"Don't worry she'll wake up"

After another 10 minutes she still laid there. No motion what so ever.

"Anything Louis"

"Nothing" I said, tears starting to brim.

"I'm sorry lou, she...she's gone"
