Chapter 13- The Phonecall

He likes you. For once the boy you like really does like you back. Like really. Or so Kane says.

"So this is the guest room I suppose you can stay in here if you like?" Says Luke as he opens the door to a medium sized, light green room.

"Sure it's great" you smile at him, the crowds of his friends and family had left by now and Luke's mum had gone over to one of her friends house to catch up, she would probably stay the night, that's what she told Luke.

"Want me to help you unpack?" Luke says as he heaves in your polka dot suit case and lots it into the bed.

"It's ok, il unpack later , them ain't hing is I'm here with you " you say, you look at eachother untill you can't resist him no more and you lean in to kiss, the kiss doesn't last long and you both end up going downstairs into his living room where he grabs the phone.

"So wanna order a pizza" he smiles his dimples showing as he dials the number into the phone.

"Sure, il have whatever your having " you reply taking a seat on his comfy sofa, this was so great, finally a chance to spend some really time with Luke, something you'd been dying for, for ages.

You end up picking a film, you know 'The perks of being a wallflower' is his favourite so you choose that one knowing he will love it.

He puts it on his flat screen tv and you both snuggle up on the sofa together, before long your head is rested on his chest and he's playing with your hair, you look into his eyes and he smiles at you...He's perfect...The perfect guy...

You let the film play and before long You start to feel sleepy, your eyes begin to droop and you fall asleep... The worlds drifts into a blur of sound and colour and you are suddenly awoken by a soothing voice calling your name softly...

"Hey... Pizzas arrived sleepy head" Luke says as you realise you had fallen asleep on him, you blush and he just laughs cutely " I didn't want to wake you, you look so beautiful when you're sleeping..." He says as you slowly sit up as he gets up to answer the door to the pizza man.

But it's not the pizza man. It's Sam Callahan.

"Sam! What are you doing here , how are you man?" You hear Luke say as it registers in your head, Sam had recently left the XFactor and was in Devon doing a gig.You remember now. You had seen it on his twitter page.

"Come in , come in!" Says Luke as he shuts the door behind Sam, you sit up, quickly fix your messy hair and realise your mascara has smudged. You don't want to see Sam right now. It's just awkward. You debate whether to hide under a cushion and pretend your invisible... then you remember your not five.

"So Luke, how you been man?" Says Sam as he walks into the room- "oh- hey- um" Stutters Sam as he sees you sitting there staring back at him awkwardly, he freezes and seems to just stare at you in shock of seeing you here.

"Oh yeah, i forgot to say..." Mutters Luke as he mouths 'sorry' to you , you ignore Luke and smile at Sam as convincingly as you can before saying " Hey Sam! How are you, I'm so sorry about the show" you stand up and walk over to him.

" hey I'm good thanks , and yeah, but Il be ok , I have a gig tonight actually" he replies as you both hug , this seems to break the ice and remove thoughts of the past.

" well , maybe me and Luke could come, show some support?" You reply trying to make an effort, for Luke's sake, they are friends after all.

"Yeah of course, it starts at 7 so I'm afraid I have to go and get ready I was just popping into say hi" replies Sam as he runs his fingers through his hair trying to start removing tangles.

" well we'll be there then" luke says smiling at you in relief.

" ok, sure, see you later then " smiles Sam as he heads for the door.

"That was real nice of you" says Luke as he hears the doorbell ring once more. The pizza.

" we better eat this pizza quick the show starts in 30 minutes " you say with a cheesy grin , you both eat the pizza and get changed, you watch luke as he picks out his clothes, you love it, he's so individual and his wardrobe is full of clashing colours and funky patterns.

"Damn! I forgot to pack a jacket!" You say as you chuck stuff out of your suitcase and onto a heap on the floor.

"Here you can borrow this brown one of mine if you want, you recognise it, it was the one Luke wore on his sing off on th XFactor.

" are you sure? do you mind?"you say as he passes you the jacket.

" of course not , oh and I didn't tell you, my vocal coach has quit the show" he says, the jacket obviously reminding him of when he sang.

"Really! Omg why?"

" she had some car crash and then was having problems with her partner, then she just dissapeared. The shows going crazy over it. They say if they can't find her or get into contact with her they might have to cancel this weeks show..."

You look at him shocked..Luke has to perform...

" wait a second... Did she... Is she... Staying round a woman's house at the moment...?" You say realisation hitting you round the head once again, but this time your eyes widen... You remember what your friend said to you the other day.

"That's the rumour... How did you know... " Luke says confusion covering his face in a wave of depression.

" I bet she's the woman that crashed into my friends car! I KNOW WHERE SHE IS!" You cry grabbing your phone from your pocket.

" wait, you do!!?!?" He cries back gripping your shoulders in shock and joy.

You remember it all now, when your friend had that car crash, she said her mum had met the lady they crashed into in the hospital... That was her, Luke's vocal coach was staying at your friends house!

"Let me ring her now!" You shout .... No answer... You call again... It gets declined...

Damn your friend wasn't picking up! Then you realise ... She's on Lucy's side after your argument.

And unless you could make Lucy forgive you, your other friend wont listen to you, and Luke wouldn't have his vital vocal coaching from the coach staying at your friends house...The shows going to be cancelled, and your the only one that can fix it...

But will Lucy forgive you...?
