Chapter 18- The big surprise...

You and Luke continue to walk back to your house, both not saying a word , both of you just embracing the moment, of your head on his shoulder and his arm round yours. This is like a perfect dream for you. This moment is what so many of Friendies had dreamed of all there fangirling lives, and you are living the dream.

You wonder what Luke is thinking. You don't feel like asking. Might ruin the moment.

Then Luke breaks the silence as you arrive at your front door. "If your allowed, meet me outside the old XFactor house tommorrow at 8pm, my surprise."

"Ok sure, I don't think my mum will mind, I don't think we are doing anything, oh, the only thing is my dad is back from New York so I think we might be going out for dinner with him and a few of his colleagues but it shouldn't run later than eight." You reply, hoping you're right as you release yourself from Luke's loving grip.

"Ok , well it doesn't matter if you're a bit late, il just wait for you there." He says as you move away from him towards your front door.

"Well then, see you tomorrow." You say smiling, you got a 'boyfriendddddddd' you sing to yourself in your head as Luke smiles back, probably thinking the same about about you. You unlock your front door and wave good bye to Luke as he walks away, you watch him and he turns back, he smiles about the fact you're still watching him as his dimples splash upon his perfect cheeks.

You shut your front door and run up to your room smiling madly, you leap onto your bed and roll around like a loonatic. You fall asleep soon after and before you know it, it's the day of your date. Your mum walks into the room hearing your morning alarm and sensing your exitement.

"Are you ok?" She says laughing at you "This is the happiest I've seen you in ages."

Maybe this is the time to tell her, she has no clue about you and Luke, normally she would guess your happy because of a boy, but it doesn't cross her mind...

Tell her? Or not? "Oh yeah I'm fine, haha, I just have something to tell you and dad at dinner tonight, when's he home?" You say , deciding tonight is the best time to tell them about you and Luke.

"Your dad yes! He should be arriving in about an hour! Oh my god we haven't done anything special for him! Come on let's make things nice for him!" Your mum replies. Even though you met Luke while she was away on business, it's nice to have her back, she can bring some life into the house when she's in a good mood.

You both go downstairs and your mum , always been creative, gets out a white sheet of material and some paints, she doesn't need to say anything you know exactly what she wants you to do. You grab a paintbrush and start painting "welcome home" onto the banner, you finish the word 'home' and begin to paint 'Luke' then you stop yourself, whoops.
