A/N: Hi! I'm so glad you decided to read my story. Below there is the cast and their faces. Please vote and comment when you're done reading the story. Please note, I don't live in New York and I am not a lawyer, most of this lawyer talk you're reading is stuff from Law & Order which is one of my favorite shows so I picked up on a few things. This is pure fictional and please don't steal this. I came up with this idea while watching Law & Order lol. Please take a look at my other stories. Thanks ilysm.

CAST:

GIOVANNI BATTISTA - Italian mobster's son (James Franco)

Vincenzo Battista - Italian mobster (Alfred Molina with beard)

Estelle Brown - Assistant District Attorney (Elizabeth Olsen)

Claire - Estelle's sister who takes care of Eli and she's in university studying law/medicine - (Lea Michele)

Dimitri Wright - District Attorney/Estelle's Boss (Terrence Howard)

Guilty.

The courtroom was filled with a great big roar of applause as Claudio Rubenski was sentenced to 85 years in prison for raping and killing 5 girls. 

As I exited the courtroom my boss, Dimitri Wright shook my hand and praised me on my closing argument.

''Great job, Estelle. Your closing argument won us the case! It was very convincing. Want to go out for drinks to celebrate?'' Dimitri exclaimed patting me on the back.

Going for drinks after a big case was what most lawyers did to celebrate or even to let loose after a loss but I wasn't up for that. I had to get home to my sister Claire.

''Thank you Dimitri but I got to get home. Have a good night.'' 

I left Dimitri there talking to the defense lawyer of Claudio Rubenski and hailed a cab from the courthouse to my apartment in Manhattan.

I went up the stairs and greeted my younger sister Claire. 

I waved at her since her mouth was full of Nature Valley granola and went to my bedroom and stripped down and took a nice warm shower.

I got dressed in a white nightgown and went to the kitchen to talk to Claire.

''Tomorrow I'm going to a art gallery where my friend Lea is showcasing a few pieces. If you have time maybe you could come?'' she told me.

I thought it about before I answered. ''I'll try to do my best but you know how work is.'' I sighed running a hand through my blonde hair.

''I know, I know. By the way how was the Rubenski case? Convicted?'' she questioned.

''Jury was out for less than 2 hours. Convicted and sentencing will be in 2 weeks. It was a pretty tough case but we got him.'' I explained to her.

''Well I know you wanna hit the bed, so I'm just going to hit the books. Love you sis.'' she said while giving me a hug.

Claire and I were pretty close. She  lived with me while attending New York University. She was studying law and medicine.

''Goodnight Claire, love you. See you tomorrow.'' 

I ran up and curled into my bed with my favorite novel Witches of East End before falling fast asleep.
