So here's what I did:
3 sets of 50 calf raisers
4 sets of 30 bicep curls
10 sets of 20 abdominal curls
15 sets of 35 lunges
10 sets of 20 dips
Ran half a mile
Walked half a mile
Cool down stretches
SHOWERRRRR
Okay. Now my body hurts
GO HARD AGAIN TOMORROW!!!!
