Just going finished with a workout and
OOOOWWWW

Here it is:
5 sets of 40 sit ups
6 sets of 50 abdominal crunches
10 sets of 100 calf raises
10 sets of 40 dips
8 sets of 45 bicep curls
Ran a mile and a half (away from home
Waked a mile and a half (back home)
And now I'm in a lot of pain.
THAT MEANS ITS WORKINGGGG
