"Scorpius, where did you find this?" I flipped the journal over in my hands.

"It was sitting on my bed," he says.

"Was there anyone else in the room with you?" Paige asks. Scorpius shakes his head. Paige closes the books in front of her, and gets up. She grabs the journal, and walks toward the door. We follow her.

"Where are we going?" Devin asks as we climb stairs, and walk through hall ways.

"The girl's bathroom, on the second floor." She answers as we go down another set of moving stair cases.

"The one that's out of order? Haunted by Moaning Myrtle?" Brody asks her.

"That's the one."

"Why are we going there?" Scorpius complained. Paige doesn't answer. When we arrive at the abandoned bathroom,  we enter. She turns to Scorpius.

"Scorpius, your family are all Slytherins, do you know if any spoke Parseltongue?" Paige asks him. Scorpius shrugs, then Paige asks him another question, "Do you know if you are a Parselmouth?"

"I don't really know. Why?"

"Because, maybe, if we could open the Chamber of Secrets like Harry Potter did, we could find out why this book suddenly appeared."

"Why do you want to open the Chamber of Secrets? Don't you know about the basilisk?" Devin asked her, as if she was crazy.

"Devin, Harry Potter killed the basilisk, don't you remember? And besides, if Voldemort is coming back, he isn't strong enough to hurt us." Paige tells him.

"Can't we just go eat now? It's time for dinner, and I'm starving," I tell her.

"Scorpius, do you think you could try, and see if you can speak Parseltongue?" She ignores my question.

"I guess." He says. Scorpius approached the sink with the snake carved on it, right above the tap. He focused for a moment, then a hissing sound came. He can speak Parseltongue.

The sink started pulling out, and Scorpius stepped back towards us. The sinks sunk down into slots in the floor, and a  long, dark slide had been underneath the sinks. All of us exchanged glances, then we approached the deep looking tunnel.

"Should we go down?" Brody asks.

"Yeah," Paige replies.

"Shouldn't we get James, though?" I ask. She nods at that, too.

"Okay, wait here. Scorpius and I will go get him," I tell them, and we hurry out of the bathroom. We rush down the halls, until we get to the common room. It was empty. Right, everyone was at dinner. We ran up and down stairs again, and finally reached the Great Hall. I searched my eyes down the Gryffindor table, until I spot James. We rush up to him.

"Where have you guys been?" He asks with a mouth full of turkey.

"James, come quick. We'll explain on the way," Scorpius tells him. He agrees to come and we explain about the book, and the Chamber of Secrets. Unfortunately, we just had to run into someone, on the way.

"What are you three doing? You should be at the Great Hall, eating," Mr. Rhodd says to us when we run into him in the hall. His toad croaks on his shoulder.

"Uh.... We, uh--" Scorpius stutters, and James elbows him.

"We finished early. So, we decided that we'd go and use our extra time to study for the quiz in McGonagall's tomorrow," James comes up with. Clever.

"Well, that's very not like you Mr. Potter, but alright. These two must have an influence on you. Carry on," he says, and walks away. When he turns the corner, we don't waste our breath. We dart to the girls' bathroom, where Paige, Devin, and Brody are waiting for us.

"Okay, we're going down." James states. He hops in, and disappears down the slide. Next, was Devin, Brody, then me. We land down at the bottom, surrounded by  broken pieces of cement, and tunnels. Scorpius comes down the slide next, then Paige.

"I would've gone down by myself!" Scorpius argued with her.

"Yeah, right. If I hadn't pushed you down, you would have never came down," Paige said to him. They bickered for a moment, until James cut them off.

"Quit it. Now come on, let's go. Lumos," he used his wand to light the way. The rest of us did as well, with our wands. We quietly walked through a tunnel that led us to a long hall, with giant statues of snakes on the sides, and a large statue of Salazar Slytherin.

"This must be where my father killed the basilisk." James said to us. We walk further down the hall, closer to the statue of Slytherin. Puddles of dirty water splashed to our steps.  I hear something off to the side, and point my lighted wand in that direction. I didn't see anything, but ripples in a puddle.

"Guys, I have a bad feeling about this," I say.

"This place is perfectly safe, now, Hannah," James tells me, and we inch closer to the statue. We're about five feet away from the open mouth of the Slytherin statue, when a great number of snakes come pouring out of the mouth. We scream, and run back down the hall way. Paige trips and falls, and I stumble to help her back up quickly. We dart with the rest to the entrance. Instead, we find ourselves in a complication of tunnels.

"This way!" James scurries into the far right one. We run after him, the snakes trailing behind us. We go through a maze of tunnels, until we finally found the one that led back to the girls' bathroom. We run ahead, and exit the Chamber of Secrets. It closes behind us, and we stop to catch our breath. Professor Cyr comes storming into the room.

"What are you three doing in here?" Oh, no. We are in deep trouble. Wait, did he say three? But there's six of...

As I look beside me, I realize that only Brody and James were there. The Chamber of Secrets can only be opened from the outside. And Scorpius was the only, Parselmouth out of all of us. Him, Devin, and Paige were locked in the Chamber of Secrets.
