When I get there I'm shocked by what I find. My house. My beautiful house, is on fire. Not a small kitchen fire either. I mean a two-story high, fire leaking out of the windows, kind of fire. I park out in the street and quickly get out of the car and stare at it in awe. All of my things. My pictures, my books, so many memories just gone. It's only after a tear drips off my face when I realize I'm crying. Then I remember what I came out here for. I look around frantically for Cas.

"Cas! Cas! Ca-" He appears next to me.

"Angela. The fire is holy fire, I can't touch it."

"Well where is Sam and Dean?" I ask.

He looks around.

"I don't know. I've searched the entire town." I look at my house as a thought creeps into my mind.

"Castiel, there's a basement! What if they're in there?" He looks down at me with horror then back at the house with determination.

"I'll go in." He starts to walk forward but I step in front of him and put a hand on his chest.

"No, you're not. You'll die! I am." I turn around and run into the burning house through the broken in door.

The thing that amazes me is the heat. You know that moment when you open a hot oven? That rush of heat that pours out on you? Now imagine that times ten and on all sides. That's what being inside a burning house feels like. Oh, and add the panic of finding your friends to that. I'll never be able to enjoy a sauna again.

I run through the flaming house straight to the basement door. Seems like whoever started the fire started it at the edges of the house, so the worst part of the flames were there. I probably only got a few burns on my way in. I turn the door knob and quickly slip in, closing the door behind me. I take a deep breath of fresh air and then hurry down the stairs.

"Dean! Sam!" I scream their names between coughs. "Dean! Sam!" My basement isn't very big but it's full of boxes. I stumble around, furiously looking around box after box until I hear a groan and see a biker boot. "Dean?" I rush over while pushing over towers of empty boxes from moving in so long ago. "Oh, thank God." He looks even more beat up than the last time I saw him, but I don't see a lot of blood. I fall on my knees beside him and finally see Sam laying a little ways away from him. I exhale in relief but it comes out as more of a cough.

I cradle Dean's face in my hands and pat either side of his face, begging him to wake up. "Dean. Wake up. Dean!" After a few more groans I try to breathe and not panic. I go over to Sam and try shaking his arm to wake him up. I have a little more luck. "Sam! Sam, we need to get out!" He blinks and I take that as a good sign. I get up and go to the small window opposite of the door. I unlock it and try to open it with no luck. It's jammed. "Damn!"

I start rooting around in the boxes for something to break the window with. Finally I come across an old box full of sports stuff from when I was younger. I find a metal bat and quickly take it and run back over to the window. I plant my feet and take my old batting stance. 'Please, please work.' I swing and the glass shatters. "Yes! Cas! Castiel!" Cas appears a few feet from the window. "I'm gonna bring them to the window, I need you to pull them through." He nods although he looks apprehensive. I drop the bat and head back over to Sam. He's groggy but able to stand.

"Sam. Sam, you're going to go through that window."

"But Dean-"

"I will take care of Dean. I promise. Go!" Luckily his groggy state makes him more susceptible to my will. I help him stumble over to the window and then he sticks his arms and head out the window. In a few moments he has slipped right out the window like a snake. 'Cas must be super strong.' I think then run back over to Dean. "Dean!" I hear creaking overhead and know we don't have much time left. I straddle him and yell in his face. "Dean! Damn it!" His eyes flutter open and I can see the candy apple green of his eyes.
