*Angela's POV*

Man, I really wanted to kiss him. I think to myself as I walk into the motel. His lips look soft and pouty and mm. I shake my head. It's only the second day since I've met the guy! But goodness. I look over my shoulder at him closing the door. I may seriously be crushing on Dean Winchester.

When we walk in we see Sam shoving piles of jeans and plaid shirts in duffel bags. Cas is leaning against the wall just watching. Dean pushes past me and begins helping Sam so I go stand by Cas, grabbing my red lace shirt on the way.

"So what is the Bunker?" I ask to the room full of men. Sam answers as he packs,

"A safe place. We sort of inherited it from our grandfather. It was previously owned by the Men of Letters, it's a kind of library for hunters." I pause then nod once. Like any of the things he said just made sense. I like the safe bit though.

"You figure anything else out, Cas?" Dean asks before I can.

"Unfortunately no. But I can sense this; this is bigger than anything we've dealt with before. It's old and it's dangerous. And for some reason it wants Angela." I stare at Cas. 'Awesome'

Everyone stops for a moment. We're all in awe and shock about what Cas just revealed. Dean breaks the ice. "Which means we need to go. Now." He takes my hand and starts to head out the door but Cas is suddenly in front of him.

"Dean wait."

"Cas-"

"She needs to be warded, Dean." Green Eyes pauses then nods.

"Sam." Dean says to his little brother and tosses him my keys. I hadn't even realized he'd taken them. "You drive her car." Sam nods and immediately heads out the door and starts my car. "Cas, you're with us. Both of you get in the back, you can mark her then." He directs the last comment at Cas. Then we all head out and follow his directions. Soon we're on the road. Sam's driving ahead of us, Dean's driving the Impala, and Cas and I are in the back.

"So what is this whole warding thing?" I ask nervously while glancing at Cas. Dean looks in the rearview mirror and answers me pretty calmly,

"It's just so other angels can't track you, bad ones. I have it too. Don't worry, it only hurts for a second." I look into his green eyes for a second then nod. I trust him. I look back at Castiel.

"Okay, I'm ready." Cas nods once then simply puts his hand over my rib cage. Immediately, extreme, searing, pain runs throughout my body. A scream rips it's way out of my throat, and I start violently shaking. Castiel removes his hand instantly and the pain lessens to a dull ache. I'm gasping for breath, hunched over in my seat, clutching my stomach.

"What the hell was that?" I hear a muffled Dean shout from the front. All sound is dull, like I just left a concert. Cas answers,

"I don't know! Some powerful magic has to be preventing me from doing anything at all to her body." Tears slip down my face silently, just because of the pain. Suddenly I feel the car turn and then stop abruptly. Then my car door opens and large callused hands are on my shoulders turning me towards him. It's Dean. I can just barely hear him.

"Are you okay? Angela. Angela, sweetheart?" He's kneeling on the ground in front of me. His hands move from my shoulder to my face, rapidly wiping away the tears and making me look at him. "What is it? What happened?"

"Dean." I say slowly. He nods.

"I'm here, I'm here. What is it?" I take a hand away from my stomach and see that it's covered with spots of blood. I look at my other arm as well and find the same. I look at Dean and he's just staring at the blood. I lift up my shirt and gasp. It looks like small symbols have been carved into my skin.

"What...what is this?" I stutter, staring at it. Cas appears in front of me, but behind Dean.

"It's Enochian. It says..." Cas stops a moment and I look up at him.

"What? What does it say?" Dean asks frantically. Castiel cocks his head and comes closer to me. He studies the symbols and I become more and more scared. Dean's hands have since moved from my face to my knees. I grab one of them and squeeze it.

"Cas?" I prod, my voice still full of tears. He shakes his head and finally answers us.

"I don't know." He says and his face is absolutely bewildered.

"Cas!" Dean almost yells. But Cas is just staring at the symbols. I put my tank top back down and sigh.

"Dean. He doesn't know. Look at him." Dean looks at me then examines Castiel. He's just standing there, his mouth half open, eyebrows furrowed; the textbook definition of befuddled. Maybe even a bit scared. With everyone not knowing anything I immediately assume the lead role. "Dean," I put my other hand over his that I'd been holding. "Dean." He meets my eyes. "Get in the car. Drive. Get us somewhere safe. Please." He stares at me for a second like he's absorbing my words slowly. Then he nods and stands. He turns away then turns back and kisses my head before running to the driver's side and getting in the car.

I then turn to Cas. He's still standing there, unmoving. "Castiel?" He doesn't move. I scoot forward in my seat, which burns badly, but I move forward anyway. I scoot to the edge of the seat and then lean over and grab Cas's hand. I tug him over and he finally moves. He moves over to me and then I tug him down so he's crouching. Then I slap him in the face. He gasps slightly and his eyes lose their glazed over look.

"Castiel?" I ask, feeling slightly guilty. He looks at me and sees me once again. The first words out of his mouth are,

"I'm sorry, Angela." I immediately shake my head.

"No. Don't be, Castiel. You didn't know." I put my hand on his face and he looks up at me with his sad, apologetic eyes. "Come on, Cas. Get in the car." I tug his hand lightly. Guilt is written all over his face and I can tell he's thinking he doesn't deserve to be forgiven so easily. "Castiel, get in the damn car." I say and laugh slightly. He gives me a condescending smile and starts to get in the car. I have to slide over to the other side of the seat. It's excruciating. Once Cas can slide in I stop. I can't move any further over so there is almost no space between us.

"I'm sorry I can't move over any further, Cas. And I'm sorry I slapped you." Cas shuts the car door and Dean takes off, looking in the rearview mirror way more often than necessary.

"Well, considering the situation I think I harmed you much more than you harmed me." A wave of tiredness comes over me.

"Cas? Shut up." His mouth opens and then closes. With every blink my eyes stay closed longer and my head droops. Eventually my head is resting on Castiel's shoulder and my eyes are almost always closed. I feel myself falling asleep. I take one of my hands and put it in Cas's. I say in a sleepy voice, "I forgive you, Castiel. Don't beat yourself up about it." I hear him sigh and know he's going to anyway. Just before I fall asleep I see Green Eyes look at me in the rearview mirror for the fifth time in two minutes. "Green Eyes, if you keep looking in that mirror at me you're gonna burn a hole in my head. I'm fine." His eyes are full of concern but he gives me a wink to try to make me relax.

I sigh and let my heavy eyelids fall. "Boys." I whisper before I slip into sleep.
