Say It (Part one)

Setting:  After CoHF

     It was a quiet and peaceful night, with Alec laying beside Magnus in his bed.  With all the recent disruptions, the couple never actually got some quality time together.
"Alexander?"
"Yes?"
"So I was wondering..."
"Okay you were wondering...?"
"Do you want to go on a date?"
     Alec propped himself up on one elbow,"What?  Now we're getting all mushy gushy?"
Magnus mimicked Alec and propped himself up as well, his face inches from Alec's, saying,"You bet I am" followed by a quick peck on the lips.  Alec then mumbled about how Magnus was spoiling him, but said yes.  Of course he did.  Magnus was his boyfriend.  Not anyone else's.

     And so, two days later, Magnus took Alec to a new restaurant in town called OhTeepee.  Inside the lovely French doors were a mass of couples, chatting and eating on the rose petal filled tables. Alec gave Magnus a sideways glance, but as always, he just looked right back into his electric blue eyes, and winked.  Taking his hand, Magnus let Alec to the table. 
"Is this necessary?  Magnus you shouldn't have brought me here.  This looks so expensive!  We could've just spent some time at Taki's.  I wouldn't even mind."
     Magnus gave him a warm smile,"You, my dear, deserve the best and nothing else.  Now enjoy.  I didn't wear all this makeup for nothing."  Alec half smiled and half rolled his eyes as they started dinning on the mouthwatering steak.  The couple smiled and chatted.  Laughed, and teased.  And it was one of their best date nights ever.
