alpha risk premium of sublime unproven leadership
unyielding appetite to ignore, embarrass
humiliate clients, staff and Fellow Board Members

when playing God, Her Majesty, The Queen of England
or His Excellency, The President of the USA.
5. Unprecedented record of active listening
to his megalomanic ego
not to mention his ever envious wife and husband
exactly knowing when to dial it up, down, or off
perfected "The Art of the Deal, Blackmail & Extortion'
confusing sociopathy with "Service above Self."
6. Confident display of ignorance, pride, arrogance
religiously blaming the victim and taking the credit
– not the other way around
our Autistic Director's distinct Blaze of Honor.
7. Young served as the Executive Director at Yale
Institute of Illiteracy and at Maverick Business School
impressively, and "beyond reasonable doubt"
transitioning both uninhabitable organizations
throughout ALL Sections of Chapter 11
of the US Bankruptcy Code.
8. Lies, damned lies, statistics, not to mention viral content
mandated by the frenzy of contagious exultations
Long story short, our new Managing Director received
a Vote of Confidence from all Subordinates...game over.
