What do you guys think about the new season 8 episode titles?
Personally I think it's a great way to bring the last season back to its roots. I do miss the old version of the show. When they were struggling through high school, Stelena was endgame and people actually lived in mystic falls!
Over the last year especially, it has changed so much. Don't get me wrong I love season 7, with the whole Bamon dynamic and bringing the brothers closer together, instead of fighting over a girl. It's great.
Doesn't everyone want to see another decade dance, MissMystic Falls pageant or even the grill to be populated with customers agian!

Well I absolutely love this choice for the premiere, just as it was the most memorable line from 1x01. This was the first time we saw the Damon we all came to know and love. However this was the pre-Elena Damon, who did all of those terrible things *cough Caroline *cough. Could this be linked to how we are seeing the evil Damon again. The new villain sees people's darkness and brings out the worst in them. Without Elena this time will the real Damon return?

Le sigh Remember foetus Elena writing her day to day activities in her precious diaries. Her days which were Salvatore free. To me I expect something big and explosive to happen in the premier which has to be dealt with in the second episode. Maybe a symbol of a fresh start for someone a new day living in a new world? Maybe Elena will return, it is her quote?

Another Damon quotation from 1x22. Well it is a Delena quote. Or is it? He did say it to who he thought was Elena but we know it was the infamous Katherine, my queen 👑, pretending to be Elena. I am a stelena shipper but I do think delena can be cute and adorable. This could mean in the episode that someone could save Damon, because they can see the good inside of him just like Elena could. Or in contrast could relate to an entirely different character.
That's all we know title wise at the moment. However I could be entirely wrong but hey here's my thoughts as. I would love you to share yours. I hope you enjoyed!
