Wednesday came around, and before I knew it, I was walking through the front doors of the trampoline arena.

I headed straight for the changing rooms, trying to avoid any possible contact with Calum or Dylan, just to bump into Elliot as I walked through the door.

"Oh, hey!" I beamed, Elliot looked up at me for some time before answering.

"Oh yeah, hi!" He grinned, "sorry, I'm like, half asleep still."

"Honestly, same. School decided to throw some spontaneous chemistry tests at me." I growled, not wanting to think back to those dark times.

"I had a random pop quiz in English... I failed."

I laughed, Elliot laughed too, and soon Sapphire had come over to see what the commotion was about.

"Seriously? Just get training boys." Sapphire growled menacingly. We scuttled off to the arena before she could kill us.

So, you know, I was just casually trying to practice that double flip when Calum approached me, wringing his hands together.

"Um... Fletch?"

I landed in the foam pit and looked up at him.

"What." I snapped, not trying to hide the anger in my voice.

"I'm uh... Sorry for before..."

"And you're telling me this now because..." I raised an eyebrow disapprovingly. Seriously? How could it take him over a week just to fucking apologise.

"I don't want to fight anymore." He mumbled.

"We weren't fighting? We just weren't speaking." I corrected arrogantly.

"Same thing." He sighed.

"I'm not forgiving you for outing me, that was a shit thing to do, Bro." I half snarled, trying to hold back.

"I DIDN'T MEAN TO OKAY?" He protested, but I wasn't in a particularly good mood.

"MAYBE YOU SHOULD LEARN TO HOLD YOUR TONGUE AND NOT SPEAK EVERYTHING THAT COMES TO MIND!" I yelled back, receiving a few stares from people around us.

"I can't help it... I'm sorry!" He pleaded, a look of discomfort on his face, his body language- hunched up- showed just that.

"Just leave. I'm done speaking to you." I snapped, getting out of the pit and walking in the direction of Elliot. I heard Calum whimper, and then running footsteps, but I didn't look back.

"When I said you should talk to him..." Elliot started, but I cut him off.

"I don't care. He can't make up for what he did..." I grunted in response, fiddling with the tassels on my hoodie.

I heard the main doors open- unusual for halfway through a session- and the room suddenly went quiet.

I couldn't see anything, but I could hear whispers of-

"Who's that?"
And
"Is that the new boy?"

"Oh my god we totally have to speak to him, maybe he's really cool!" Elliot bubbled with excitement, I sighed, not in the mood for any form of conversation.
