Different [Completed]

Chapter Nineteen

A/N OK guys, this time, I'm writing from Inder's POV. It's not going to be his version of chapter 18, but his version from when Desmond announced he's mates with Abigail. Hopefully, this makes sense.

Peri's black hair cascades down her back. I'm not even listening to her and Desmond's conversation. I study her every movement. Even the sight of her breathing takes my breath away. She's truly beautiful.

"This is my mate." Desmond says. He's talking to Peri about Abigail. What the hell?!

"You're mated to a kid?" I exclaim. He nods. I see that he is Alpha, but he's just a kid. What am I talking about? I just came off the edge of being a kid. I'm basically still a kid.

I look down at my sweet niece and nephew. Sydney has his head in the bowl of coco pops. Abigail's lying down on Desmond. "This won't work, Desmond." I mumbled. Their heads cracked towards me. "She's a six year old and you'll be eighteen in two years." Desmond looks me up and down. "So? I'm immortal. I don't think I'll age." I looked him in the eye.

"The bond will break. Due to the inactivity." I muttered. "You only have four years to be mated or else your mates are swapped." Desmond's eyes were glowing. So were Abigail's. I looked towards Peri.

She was glowing. Everywhere. "They are mated. Abigail Will age here. She will be pushed to the age of fifteen. She too will be immortal for missing ten years of her life." Peridot said. Her voice was echoey. Abigail was glowing as well, but in yellow.

Peri begins to spin. Abigail begins to spin. Mollie, my 'sister' comes in. She's shaking violently. "Inder? What....?" I realise I'm spinning as well. I have a dark blue light coming from me. "My baby!" She screams. Abigail screams. I don't scream but my wolf, Malcolm, howls for me. Peri shifts. I shift. Then Abigail screams as well. Desmond doesn't do anything but squint his eyes shut. He feels the pain his mate feels.

Abigail shifts. Her wolf is a brown sandy colour. On her back is a yin yang shape thing. This is what happens when me and Peri unite?

Abigail trots over to Mollie and rubs her nose on her mother. Mollie faints. Abigail runs over to Peridot and rubs. Peri bends down and strokes her. I stand there. Desmond is shifted. He sniffs her bottom. Abigail sniffs his.

He goes to his and bites down, marking her already. They just met. Des then bares his teeth at me and Peri, teing us that Abigail is his. Desmond may be an Alpha but I'm bigger and stronger.

They shift. Abigail is not the cute six year old. She has blonde hair all the way to her knees, seeing as she speeded up ten years without cutting her hair. She has sea blue eyes and flawless pale sun-kissed skin. She's pretty but not as pretty as Peri. "Abigail?" I say. "Inder, Inder what happened? I was just in the pool with my mate Desmond and now I'm here?"

Some things are better left untold.
