I touch paws with the mahogany wolf. He's certainly grown. It's Desmond, my Dessy. I smile at him, as best as I can, showing all my canines. I missed Des as much as anyone could.

I went behind the nearest tree to shift, back into my human. I smile down at the wolf. He takes the sign that he needs to shift back into his human. He walks behind the tree and shifts back into his human. He comes back in knee length shorts and a singlet. I hug him tightly. "Oh Des, I missed you so much!"

He's dyed his hair black, as black as possible, so it matches his dark eyes. I missed his lovely brown hair, though. I hold his hand as we walk down.

"So how's it been going?" I ask. He smiles. "Good. Way better than living at the pack house." I smile down at him. "That's good. I'm doing well as well. My new pack's great. The Alphas my mate, he's the best type you can get." Desmond smiles and looks up. "You are going to come back for me right?" I smile. "Of course, of course I am, you didn't think I'd leave you there?" He smiled again, muttering something to himself. "No, no, I didn't."
