When I wake up, I thank God it's Saturday. My roommate, Claire, goes out for runs on Saturday mornings and in the afternoons, she goes to her boyfriend's.

I'm half-awake when there's a knocking on my room's door. For a second, my heart drops. Before I have the chance to even get up or anything, Gio bursts inside my room, when I see his face, my heart rate slows down.

Sometimes, I regret ever giving him a spare key.

"Dude, you scared me." I shout at him as I hold onto my covers for my dear life. "I also could be naked in here, you know?"

"Please, as if you'd ever be casually hanging around naked." He rolls his eyes at me, jumping next to me on my bed.

"Good point." I move aside so he can fit his rather large body on my bed.

"You wanna explain to me why I got a text at 2 in the morning saying that you, my sweet little child, made out with Eleanorthe devilWilliams?"

I try my hardest not to blush. "Give me my phone first."

Gio makes a face but reaches for his back pocket and puts my phone in my hands. I'll be lying if I say that as I turn my phone back on, I'm not hoping to see Kelly's name on my notifications.

"Tell me about Eleanor?"

"It was... weird?" I bite my lower lip, wondering how the hell to explain whatever happened last night. I place my phone on my belly and turn to Gio, my hands instantly going for his hair, I love brushing Gio's hair. "One moment I was peeing, the next we were talking and she said some stuff about Kelly—"

"What did she say?"

"That doesn't matter..." I shrug it off, not wanting to talk about it because it'd be weird to admit that all the words Gio once said to me, came out of Eleanor's mouth. "We were both mad at each other and then suddenly, I don't know why or how but we're, like, making out? I mean, I knowEleanor's kind of an ass but she's so—"

I bite my lip, frowning at my lack of words. Eleanor is— Gio snorts, rolling his eyes at me. "Hot?"

I slowly nod. My phone vibrates against my belly. I try to reach for it but Gio stops me.

"Did you like it?" The corner of his mouth's turning upwards, he's wiggling his eyebrows.

"It was... alright," I laugh when he shakes his head, gasping as if it was some shocking news.

"Well, shit." He turns around in my bed, lying on his back.

When I unlock my phone, I see the notification wall. One message from Mother, three from Father, two messages from Matias, my little brother, one miss called from Father. Three Instagram notifications and one message from an unknown number.

No new messages from Kelly... but the unknown number turned out to be Eleanor. You tell anyone we kissed and I'll chop your tits off.

I snort as soon as I open her message and I turn my phone to Gio so he can see. As I type a reply, Gio lays his head on my shoulder, trying to get a good view of my screen.

How did you get my number? Shocking but also a bit of stalker behaviour...

We know the same people,

we live in the same town.. how is that shocking?

It is kinda annoying, aint it? Youre everywhere

Imagine my misery.

Imagine mine.

Gio rolls his eyes, muttering about how childish I was being and snatches my phone from my hands, replying to her message.
