CHAPTER 8

The roller costers and amusment rides were on and working. Litlle kids ran around having fun. People bobbed there heads to the music and everyone was having a blast.

I almost forgot how fun it was here.

"You okay?" Jas asked me as he parked his car in the dirt parking lot.

"Me? Oh yeah Im... fine. Ive just forgotten how alive it was here.

He flashed me a smile and got out. He walked around and opened my door for me.

I stepped out and instantly got hit with the smell of hot dogs and cotton candy. I followed Jasper into the back of the big top.

*Tap Tap Tap* Jasper tapped on Jo's office door. "Yeah, come in." I shiverd to the sound of his voice.

Jasper walked into his office while I followed behind him.

I stepped out infront of Jas.

Joseph looked older, heavier, different.

He let out a sigh and took me into his arms.

"Ive been worried sick about you! Where have you been?"

I backed away from him and crossed my arms.

"Im not coming back Jo, Im staying where I am, You guys can come see me anytime you want."

I told him casualy and camly.

"Yes I will see you when I want, Your not leaving."

"I cant do this Jasper I shouldnt have even come, Im leaving!" I cried and ran out the door.

I ran out the Big top I ran down the street I ran.

After I was far away from the circus I began to walk.

It was about a 25-30 minuet drive and ive only been walking for about 10 mineuts so I still had alot of time to think.

Then I heard a car pull up from behind me. I turned around and saw Jasper looking at me. He gestured for me to get in his car.

I walked around and got in. "Im sorry." He said turning towards me.

"Its not your fault listen I-"

"I need to tell you something Have." he said seriously. "Yeah, what?"

Then he got fear in his eyes.

"Do you hear that?" He asked.

I was scared right now I had no idea what was going on. Just then somebodys hands creeped over my neck.

"AH!" I yellped and turned around to see Lux laughing up a storm.

"Thats not funny!" I yelled at him letting out a sigh of relief. Jasper began laughing aswell.

"You guys are such assholes!" I said slapping the both of them on the chest.

"Are you hungry? How about we go grab some food and watch the fire works that are happening on state park tonight?" I agreed to his proposal.

The day was amazing! We had SO much fun! I forgot how much fun it was bieng around Lux and Jas.

We pulled up to my dorm and I noticed a familiar figure waiting bye the door.

"Do you know him?" Lux asked from the back.

It was Shiloh. "Yeah I know him. Thankyou guys so much I had alot of fun. I gave Lux a hug and gave Jasper a hug too, but when I pulled back from Jasper he stared into my eyes like he wanted to say something or do something.

But he didnt he just sighed and looked out of his window.

I looked over to Lux he just shrugged his shoulders.

I scoffed and got out of the car.

"Hey." shiloh said camly.

"Sorry I didnt make it for coffee. I slept pretty late."

"Oh! Thats okay, I just wanted to come bye to say sorry I missed you at the party."

The party... Who the hell brought me home?

"Okay well tell your friend Leo to stay away from me, Hes a wierdo, He tried to get with me."

He stared at me.

"Ill talk to him about that."

"yeah you do that." I patted his shoulder before going in the dorm and seeing Millie making out with... Drew... from the band.

"Oh god." I said discusted as I closed the door.

"Oh great, you didnt tell me your roomie was her." Drew said to Millie.

I ignored him and went inside the bathroom to change. I really do wish he wasnt here all I had that was clean was a pair of pajama shorts and a tank top.

I brushed out my hair and walked out of the bathroom to see Drew, topless in his boxers.

"Ewh." I said trully discusted. I walked over to my bed and pulled out my laptop.

"Right back at you." He stated and pulled on his pants and shirt.

"Wh-where are you going I thought we were ganna go see a movie later?"  Millie asked coming out of the bathroom in her underwear and a tanktop. "Well I cant. We got a gig tonight, I'll-uh- call you tomorrow."

Just like that he walked out the door. Millie stood there devestated about to break out in tears.

I stood up and went after him. "I'll be right back." I told her before leaving the dorm.

There was a van at the end of the campus road that I guess was his ride.. well I guess his ride will have to wait.

"I cannot believe you! She actually likes you for some odd reason and your just going to treat her like this!" *Honk Honk* The van went.

"Its whatever! Its not your bussness! I got to go I'll call her tomorrow." He was about to get inside the van but I stopped him.

"You cant just string her along!" He through his guitar in the van and turned to me.

"Why do you care?" He challenged as he stared into my eyes. He smirked at me. "Your cute when your angry." He stated before getting in the van.

The van began to drive away but then stopped and backed up.

The lead singer rolled down the window and leaned out.

"Whats you name?" He asked runnign a hand through his hair.

"Haven."

He smiled but then tried to hide it. "Nice to meet you." he laughed then sped off.

"Asshole..." I wispered to myself.
