No More Babydoll

CHAPTER 4

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*

The sound of someone banging on the door woke M, Skylar and Millie up.

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*

"SHUT THE HELL UP IM COMING!" Skylar shouted standing up in a tank top and shorts. Millie sat at the edge of her bed and rubbed her eyes while I just turned back into my bed and hid under my covers. "Is Haven Stratford here?" I heard a familiar voice say from the doorway. Jasper. I thought.

I got up and walked over to the door. Two familiar bodies stood there with worried looks on their faces. When Jasper saw me he sighed in relief and pushed by skylar to scoop me up in a hug. "Hey why are you here?" Jasper whispered into my ear as I was still being suffocated.

"What do you mean Jas?" He stared at me like I was crazy. "Can you guys give me a minuet?" I asked the girls who were by this point very confused. They nodded and left the room closing the door behind them.  "Why are you guys here?" I asked as I sat down on my fairly messy bed. "We're here to take you back." I heard Lux speak up.

Jasper Lancaster and Lux Ramener were my best friends at the circus. Well my only friends other than diamond. Jasper has Blonde hair that fades into black... so basically the exact opposite of my hair. He has piercing green eyes that I've always loved. Hes tall. Taller than me by like 4-5 inches. He has charmimg looks that some girls would die over.

At the circus he worked in object manipulation, but currently Joseph was training him to become the new ringmaster, to take command. Jasper was 19 and was probably my best friend...ever.

Lux on the other hand has fire engine red hair. He dyed it. Its normal color is brown. Hes dating jaspers little sister Phoebe Lancaster.  Hes kinda short about as tall as me, while I stand at 5'8.  He has chocolate brown eyes while mine are just... blue.

"Im not going back guys." Jaspers eyes were puffy and glossy you could tell hed been crying. I felt so bad. You could tell that Jasper tried to cover his eyes up with black liner, but it didn't work. Now that I look at him, he looks really cute with eye liner. Lux gave me a look while Jasper stood up flustered. "What do you mean?! You have to come back you've been gone forever!"

I shook my head. "I want to stay here Jasper. I like it here Its college and since its a tight town they are going to start hosting masquerade balls every Friday night. It feels good to do something different for once." Lux just sighed and ran a hand through his hair.

"Do you have any idea how worried Jo-Jo has been worried about you Babydo-" I cut him off I couldn't stand hearing that stupid name again. "Don't call me that I have a name." I said comely. He shook his head. "Yeah I have a theory of how worried he can be." I replied to his almost question.

"Listen I understand of how tedious a circus can get, but you cant be serious about not coming back?" Lux stood up from where he had sat on Millies bed and rushed over to me. "Listen I don't want to go back guys. I want to stay here. You guys can visit me here anytime you want."

"No. I cant do that Have. I refuse to leave without you." I stood up and walked over to him. "Then it looks like your ganna be here for a long time." I said in a serious tone. He gave me a pissed off look. "Come on Lux. She dosent want to come." He said in an almost whisper.

Lux lowered his head before following Jasper out the door. "I"ll be back for you." He said with a sly smile.

Oh shit. I thought to myself.

And the war begins...
