Chapter 13

Nolan's P.O.V.

Where the hell were Ryder and Carina? We had planned to all meet at the mall at noon! I checked my phone, it was 12:40. The lads and I were stationed inside the Food Court, trying to get ah-old of Ryder or Carina.

Harry was talking to Abby, while Louis and Liam were calling Carina and Ryder. I walked over by Liam and Louis, not wanting to stray away from our group. Abby had said that Carina left with Ryder to go somewhere, but they knew our plans right? Liam shook his head and hung up his cell phone.

"Voice mail, for both of them," He informed everyone, shoving his phone into the back pocket of his jeans in defeat.

"Hey!" I heard a voice call from across the Food Court.

Spinning around, my eyes met Carina's who was walk-running to get to us. Ryder walked coolly and collectively a few feet behind her. Carina looked beautiful today, her white t-shirt made her hazel eyes pop, and her chocolate locks bounced as she walked towards us.

"Glad you could join us!" Louis said, Carina and Ryder joined the group, his voice thick with sarcasm.

"Sorry," Carina said, her face couldn't be any redder than it was right now. "Ryder and I went to get breakfast, and we kind of lost time."

Jealously coursed through me, but Carina was here for Ryder. I wish she saw me as I saw her though.

Carina's P.O.V.

Ryder had sped, faster than usual, to get to the giant mall. When we got inside I looked around, searching for the guys and Abby. My eyes lie onto Nolan, who had also happened to be looking around. Oh my God this was so embarrassing!

"Glad you could join us!" Louis said, and I noticed his sarcasm greatly.

I explained where we were as Ryder strolled up, no rush in him at all.

Typical Ryder.

I smiled, trying to relieve the awkwardness that filled the area in which we all stood.

"Well, were should we got first?" Abby asked from across the circle.

"WHAT?" Louis exclaimed.

"Where actually going to shop?" Harry asked.

All the focus was on Abby and I, of course the guys wouldn't want to go shopping.

"What the hell do you think we are doing here then?" Abby asked, obviously not fond of the idea.

"Ughhh..." Liam said.

"Really? So where do you two want to go first?" Nolan asked.

Abby and I looked at each other for a millisecond before both shrieking,

"PINK!"

Ryder's P.O.V.

Ten minutes. It had been ten whole minutes of the lads and I hanging outside Pink. How long does it take for girls to shop for clothes?

As if to answer my thoughts, the girls finally exited from the tiny store. I looked at my watch, twelve minutes.

"Wow, new record everybody!" Louis joked, and I smirked.

"What?" Abby asked, confusion plastered in her eyes.

The guys and I laughed, and Carina rolled her eyes, a small smile pulling at the edges of her mouth.

"Okay now where to?" Liam asked.

"Express!" Carina said to Abby, and they headed off into some random direction, and we all groaned.
