I slammed the door and I saw my dad sitting on a chair at the table waiting for me to get home. "Mayra." He said and stood up. "What's up dad." I said as I wanted to walk upstairs.
"Your father and I want to talk to you and your brother." I heard a female voice and I knew exactly who it was. Talia. My fathers girlfriend.

I gave Talia a deadly look. If only I could kill her with that look. I would've already done it. "I'm sorry about everything, I've been abused by my mother and I don't know, I don't know how to give love. Maybe that's why I did that." She cried.

I looked at Jayden. I saw that he is sorry for her. "I forgive you if you promise to change." He said.

"I promise." She said as she smiled at him and then looked at me. Then my dad and Jayden looked at me. "What?" I chuckle. "Do you think that I'm sorry for you Talia?" I asked.
"Guess what? I'm not." I continued. "Mayra stop." jayden said. "No. I ain't sorry for what her mom did to her because talia did exact the same thing to me and she is not even my mother. I know she will never change because she doesn't know what love is." I yelled and I walked upstairs and slammed the bedroom door.
I decided to call Skylar.
M: Sky, pick me up early tomorrow I can't be here at home any longer.
S: What happened?
M: Talia happened.
S: She's back?
M: Yeah she's back unfortunately.

It was Wednesday morning and I did my make up and hair. I eat breakfast and brushed my teeth. After that I opened my closet and grabbed a high waisted jeans with a black crop top. I put my nike shoes on and I saw Skylar waiting for me in the car.
I decided to leave before my dad and my brother could wake up. Maybe Talia was also here. Who knows. I immediately went to bed after the phone call with Skylar.
Skylar and I decided to go to starbucks and we ordered the same coffee and changed our names in Anna and Crystal. We do that every time we come here.
We sat on a table and started to talk. It was so early so we didn't had to go to school yet. "I went to Grayson yesterday." I said.
Oh my god did I really say that.
"What? why?" She asked confused.
"Remember when he was there for me when I cried? Well he said he will be there for me and then everything happened with my dad and Talia. You where out with your family and the girls where getting drunk and stuff so I thought.. you know.." I said.
"You guys only talked right?" She asked. "no." I began. "We also kissed but nothing more I promise." I continued. "Watch out Mayra, you're like my little sister. I'm looking after you." Skylar answered and I nodded. "I will watch out." I said.

"Lunch is the most amazing part of my day." Hayden said as we walked to our table. Liv and I laughed because of Hayden. "You pig." Lydia laughed and we sat down.
I hadn't thought of Grayson and that crazy Talia anymore. That's why I love my friend. they always let me forget the things I want to forget. "I can't eat anything, I'm hangover." Senna said.
"Who drinks on a Tuesday night? that's just stupid." I said and laughed. "Look at this pizza slice Senna, taste good, do you want a bite?" Liv asked. "I'm not feeling well." Senna said and walked fast to the toilet. We laughed. She drank to much.
