Mayra's pov
"Your favourite cousin is going to marry and you want me to go with you?" Grayson repeated me and I nodded. "What if your family doesn't like me?" He asked.
"Of course they'll like you." I said.
Grayson and I are not fighting anymore. He said he loved me and I couldn't be angry at him after he said that. That was the first time he ever said that he loved me.
We were at Graysons place because we wanted to work on the secret basement on school.
"I don't know, I'm nervous right now." He said as he laughed. "Come on." I begged. "We're just two and a half months together and you want to introduce me already?" He asked.
"Well the wedding is in 6 weeks so we will be together for 4 months then." I said and I smiled. "Still." He said and I sighed. "Think about it okay?" I asked and he nodded. "I will" he said.

"Okay so come with us to school." Grayson said. He is going to work on that secret basement. I nodded and I walked behind Grayson towards the car.
Ethan came running towards us. "Yo guys." He said and Ethan gave me a hug. Ethan got in the car and sat on the backseat and Grayson was driving to school.
We grabbed our painting stuff when we came at school because the walls needed to get paint. They're an ugly white colour.
We decided that the walls stayed white but we had to paint again. "The smell of the paint is giving me a headache woah." I said as I furrowed my eyebrows.
Grayson and Ethan laughed and I gave them the 'Shut the fuck up' look. They looked at each other and laughed again.
The walls were all painted at the and off the day and we left the school and decided to eat some pizza.
We were on our way to a pizza restaurant. "We should eat in the restaurant instead of home, mom will kill us if she sees us eating pizza again." Ethan said and Grayson chuckled. "We should." He said and I giggled.
We parked the car and we walked over to the pizza restaurant. We sat down on a table. Grayson sat next to me and Ethan sat across me.
I saw a women walking hand in hand with a man. She came closer. Her hair was brown and she had Green eyes. Talia.
I immediately thought about the day I went to the hospital because of her. My heart started to beat really fast and I was stressing out.
She looked at me and my heart stopped. I quickly looked at Grayson because he was telling a story. I breathed faster and I was too scared.
Talia decided to sit behind me and Grayson. I am panicking. I am afraid.
I felt someone touching my shoulder, it was Talia my heart beated even faster. I turned around. "You have really nice hair." She said to make sure that I saw her.
"Thanks." I said really soft. Grayson stopped talking and turned around to Talia. Grayson didn't know what Talia looked like. "I tell her that all the time but she doesn't believe me." Grayson said and laughed.
I started to shake a little. "Are you cold?" Grayson asked and I shook my head. "You must look like your mom." Talia asked because she knew it hurted me.
"Yeah I do." I said and I turned around. I couldn't be around her. I started to shake uncontrollably and I breathed faster and faster. "Are you okay?" Grayson asked.
I shook my head no. "Can we just please go?" I asked as I blinked my tears away. The woman who hit me when my father wasn't around, made me insecure and because of that woman I was beaten up.
The woman who made me insecure about myself, told me I was fat and not worth it, was right there. right behind me. I couldn't be around her. I am to scared.
Graysons pov
"You must look like your mom." The lady asked and I knew this hurted Mayra. What is that for question anyways? she can look like her dad too right?
"Yeah I do." Mayra said and turned around. It took long for the waitress to come.
I look at Ethan and Ethan gave me the 'Look at Mayra' look. Mayra looked pale and she breathed fast. You could hear her breathing heavily. She was shaking uncontrollably.
"Are you okay?" I asked and she shook her head. "Can we just please go?"She asked.
We hadn't ordered yet so we could just leave. "Sure." I said and I look at Ethan who grabbed his jacket. Mayra walked away before I could grab my jacket.
She forgot hers so I took it and smiled politely to the women and walked away.
Mayra's pov
I started to freak out. There were so many emotions in one time. Sadness, anger, panic. I walked to the car as fast as I could but Ethan and Grayson were far behind me so I had to wait.
All those times that I tried to be strong, The times I didn't cry when I actually should. It all came out right now plus I had a panic attack.
I try to open the car but it obviously didn't open. I sat down on the ground and I just cried.
Grayson walked out of the pizza restaurant and when he saw me sitting on the ground, crying, he started to ran at me with Ethan running behind him.
Ethan unlocked the car and Grayson got me up. "Is it about what she said about your mom?" he asked. "One of the reasons yes." I said as I stood up.
"That is Talia." I said and Grayson was shocked. "The ex-girlfriend of your dad who hit you?" He asked and I nodded. "She-" I said but Grayson pulled me in a hug.
"Grayson she had beaten me up in that ghetto place." I said as he hold me tight. "What?" He asked.
He let me go and looked at me. "She had beaten you up?" Grayson asked and I nodded. "And she made me insecure and told me I was fat." I continued.
"Why are you telling me this now?" He asked and looked at Ethan. "Bro help Mayra in the car and wait." Grayson said as he walked over to the pizza restaurant. shit.
Graysons pov
This freaking bitch did a lot of stuff to Mayra. You can't expect me to let her go away with that. I looked at Ethan.
"Bro help Mayra in the car and wait." I said and I walked towards the pizza restaurant. I became so angry that I didn't care to hurt a woman.
I walked into the restaurant towards Talia who was drinking her water. "You are the bitch who hit Mayra?" I asked angry.
"Excuse me, who is Mayra?" She asked. "Gray don't do this." Ethan said as he run in. "I told you to stay with Mayra." I yelled at him.
"Listen up, If you ever touch Mayra again, You will fucking regret it." I yelled at her and she stood up.
"You can't hit females." She said and smiled evil. "You can't hit teenage girls." I began. "So I guess not only you is going to break the rule." I continued.
"Were is the security?" She asked. "Don't touch her because I will make sure that Mayra isn't going to the hospital this time but you." and that was the last think I said before I walked away.
Everybody sat there with a shock on their faces. They don't fucking know what happened so I don't care. I slammed the door and walked towards the car with Ethan.
