"Patrick! Get the door!"

"Why don't you get the door!" He was still annoyed at her for taking his favourite fedora.

"Cause you're closer!" Charlie shouted at him from upstairs.

"Whatever," Patrick sighed.

He opened it to reveal his band mates. Joe and Pete were carrying drink.

"So what can we do to help?" Andy asked.

"Well you two," Patrick looked from Pete to Joe, "can put that in the kitchen. You can drink later. We have work to do."

"Fine..." Pete sighed.

"Oh and Pete, this is supposed to be at least some bit sophisticated. This is a new house, I do not want to be paying for damages."

"Relax dude." Pete smirked.

"Sophisticated? You do know Brendon is coming right?" Joe laughed.

"Ya, well maybe that isn't the right word for it. But still. Don't go over board, please?" Patrick begged.

"Don't worry Patty. Katie will look after me. You just worry about making your move on Charlie," Pete smirked as Patrick's eyes widened.

"Wha-Pete-What are you on about? Charlie and I are just good friends."

"Patrick, I think Pete was just joking," Andy put a hand on Patrick's shoulder, "come on Trick, you and I need to talk, alone."

Andy dragged Patrick into an empty room as Pete and Joe went off to find Charlie.

"So what's going on with you?" Andy sat Patrick down.

"I don't know what you mean..."

"Yes you do Trick. I have never seen you so nervous. And it's all because of her isn't it?"

"Andy we're just friends," Patrick pressed.

"Oh shut up. You practically bought her a house!" Andy whisper shouted.

"No I-I" Patrick stuttered.

"Admit it Patrick!"

"Why are you doing this now?" Patrick hissed.

"Because you never shut up about her Patrick. It's obvious you still like her!"

"I-"

"Patrick! Andy! Get your ass in here!" Charlie shouted from the other side of the house.

"Well, duty calls!" Patrick smiled weakly. He tried to get up but Andy caught his wrist.

"Dude, if you like her. Do something about it, before it's too late, " Andy warned.

"Patrick just shrugged and walked away. Andy followed him in defeat.

Little did he know, Patrick actually had taken in everything Andy had said. He just wasn't sure what to do about it.

Sorry the last couple of chapters were short. But I'm building up to a big one.
