April 9th, 2016 (14 days later)

Myungsoo gathered everything together with a smile early in the morning. It was a good day today. He was going to drop Sungyeol at daycare in a few hours and then go to work and close the case already. It was a jolly good day.

Talking about Sungyeol, he was probably going to wake up in a few seconds and he should have a bottle prepared when he does. He is not even going to try and force Sungyeol to eat food today. He knew it was hopeless anyway.

With a bottle in hand, he goes upstairs and enters their bedroom to see Sungyeol curled up in a little ball and sniffling. He was awake already and did not call Myungsoo. That meant that today was one of the days he remembers his age. Fuck, why did it have to be today?

"Sungyeollie..." Myungsoo trailed off as he puts the baby bottle on the nightstand and sits down on the edge of the bed, his hand on Sungyeol's hip.

Sungyeol curls up even more. "I'm weird, aren't I? I'm retarded." He speaks up with a soft voice.

"No, don't say that." Myungsoo says as he pulls down the blankets from his body. Sungyeol haves a habit on digging his nails to his skin on bad days like this. "Don't do that either."

He sighed. Would he make it to the court today?

"Court is beginning in 30 minutes." Kyungsoo reminded Sehun.

"I know but Myungsoo isn't here yet..." Sehun said as he waited outside nervously. Myungsoo was never late and today was the most important court case of all.

"Maybe he's stuck in traffic or something." Jongin shrugged. Kyungsoo nodded, agreeing with his husband that had his arm around his shoulder.

They went inside and went to the courtroom. After 25 minutes, Myungsoo still wasn't there and Sehun's hands were beginning to sweat. If his lawyer wasn't there, he most probably would lose the case. After 5 more minutes, the court case began and it looked like Kyung Ah has finally sold the judge over.

"-blivious to this and I'm saying it's not fa-"

Kyung Ah was interrupted mid-explanation while Myungsoo ran inside. His tie was loose and his hair wasn't properly brushed. He quickly sat next to Sehun and bowed.

"Today was not a good day with Sungyeol. I only made it because of Sungjong, one of the caregivers in the daycare." He explained with a groan.

Sehun nodded. "I'm just glad you made it."

Kyung Ah rolled her eyes and continued her long explanation. It looked like she was winning and by the look on the judge's face, he looked convinced enough to actually let her win the case.

"So any last words? I think we're ready for the final statements." The judge announced. Myungsoo stood up.

"If Sehun goes to jail for false accusations, than you'll follow after for true ones. That Is stalkering and invading privacy, breaking restriction order, threatening, sexual assault, breaking in Mr. Byun and Mr. Park's house, hacking their safety system, attempt of rape and blackmail, stealing and...pedophilia itself."
