Creaking hinges
Burning bridges
Our love is going down
Timeless memories
It was you that was always good to me
Stained foot prints
The lingering smell of mint
It was I who drove you away
And endless maze
A forgiving gaze
I'm sorry that it's you that I crave
So many mistakes; so much to blame
But I can't help the way
That I miss you every day
So alone I shall sit
You were worth every bit
That I threw away after you left
But again, it was my fault
It was my liability
I wish you all the best in the end
With love,
Forgotten first love
